What the 19.19 lakh calendar Q3 figure means
The 1,919,330-unit figure covers July through September 2026 and is reported as calendar Q3 sales, up 27.34% year on year. The same period is TVS’s Q2 of financial year 2026–27: its October 1 release describes July–September as the second fiscal quarter and rounds sales to 1.9 million units. The difference is in the period label and precision, not the three months covered. The exact calendar-quarter aggregation and 27.34% comparison are reported by RushLane.

RushLane reports 1,840,530 two-wheelers for calendar Q3. That is a separate category total from the 1,919,330 all-vehicle quarter figure.

Two-wheelers and international business
September domestic two-wheeler sales of 482,073 plus two-wheeler international business sales of 163,882 equal the reported two-wheeler total of 645,955. TVS’s broader international business total of 180,700 also includes three-wheelers, so it should not be read as a two-wheeler export count.

Electric two-wheelers
TVS reported 65,799 two-wheeler EV sales in September, against 31,266 a year earlier, and described the increase as 110%. This is the company-reported EV category figure; it is not the total for all two-wheelers.
Vehicle-type detail
The cited monthly release gives a combined two-wheeler total rather than separate motorcycle, scooter, and moped counts. It does not support a model- or vehicle-type ranking.
