TowCommand is a dispatch and back-office platform for professional towing companies.

Dispatch

The live dispatch map refreshes GPS positions every 10 seconds and supports one-click assignment.

Routing

The dispatch tools include distance-ranked auto-assignment and road routes via Google Maps.

Driver tools

The driver app supports pre-trip inspections, photo and signature capture, customer chat, navigation handoff, and an SOS button.

Motor club intake

TowCommand parses Agero, Allstate, and GEICO emails into jobs, with a generic fallback.

Payments

Stripe Connect handles direct deposits, and the platform supports card holds, payment links, refunds, and cash payments.

Payroll

Driver pay can be calculated by commission, flat rate, hourly rate, or mileage, with cash reconciliation and settlement tools.

Integrations

Customer and account tools
