Order management

OnStreet lets dispatchers assign jobs by drag and drop or from a map view, with real-time data shared with drivers.

Vehicle recommendations

The system can recommend a suitable response vehicle based on distance, estimated travel time and current job status.

Billing

OnStreet creates invoice items from recorded order data and supports billing, including free-text invoices.

Accounting exports

Invoice data can be exported to DATEV, Hamburger Software, Addison and FIS using ASCII; the product also has an integrated DATEV interface.

Integrations

Listed connections include ADAC PORTA II, Assistance Partner, IMA, AXA and MySchlepp-App; orders from network operators without an interface can be captured from emails or faxes using text recognition.

Driver app

The OnStreet app for iOS and Android supports vehicle location, job assignment and status updates.

Customer portal

Customers can create orders, view order history and documents, and follow order status in real time through the OnStreet portal.

Security

Bosch says customer data is stored in Germany on multiply redundant backup systems.
