Job management

Driver app

Drivers can accept jobs, update callout status, capture vehicle condition photos and video, and record customer sign-off from an Android device.

Invoicing and reports

RMS can automatically generate invoices from field job details and report on response times, job volumes, and revenue by account.

Fleet compliance

RMS tracks MOTs, insurance, driver licences, and vehicle checks across a recovery fleet, with timed reminders.

Integrations

RMS connects to Apex ANS for jobs from breakdown clubs and insurers, and can export invoice data to most accounting packages.

Customer updates

Operators can send automated dispatch SMS messages, share live tracking links, and capture digital customer sign-off.

Security and records

The site says digital job records are timestamped and accessible, and that staff access can be controlled with individual passwords and role permissions.
