Dodge’s clearest next step is a Charger lineup with a choice of electric Daytona or gasoline SIXPACK power. The Durango is also still in the brand’s published range. Beyond those confirmed products, Stellantis has described a broader product reset, but has not established additional Dodge nameplates or firm future delivery dates in the sources available as of September 30, 2026.
The Charger shows Dodge’s clearest direction
Dodge is not committing the Charger to a single powertrain. Its eighth-generation lineup pairs electric Charger Daytona models with gasoline Charger SIXPACK models using a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged Hurricane inline-six. That makes the Charger the strongest current indication of how the brand intends to carry its muscle-car identity forward: retain a gasoline option while also offering an electric one.

Stellantis lists three headline outputs: 420 hp for the Charger R/T SIXPACK standard-output model, 550 hp for the Charger Scat Pack SIXPACK high-output model, and 670 hp for the electric Charger Daytona Scat Pack. These are published figures for the listed 2026 models, not independent performance-test results. Stellantis’ Dodge lineup and Dodge’s September 2026 Charger overview describe the models and powertrains.

Electric Daytona and gasoline SIXPACK
The Daytona is the electric branch of the Charger range; SIXPACK denotes the gasoline-powered models. Dodge describes AWD across the Charger range and rear-wheel-drive functionality for SIXPACK models. Buyers should check the specification for the exact trim and market rather than assume every drive configuration is offered with every powertrain.

Two-door coupe and four-door sedan
The Charger is offered in two-door coupe and four-door sedan configurations. Body style, trim, powertrain and market availability are separate choices: the published overview does not establish that every possible combination is sold in every country.
What is confirmed about timing and availability
Early production windows should not be read as current delivery estimates. In March 2024, Dodge announced the multi-energy Charger and forecast production start windows for Daytona and SIXPACK variants. Those forecasts are historical. Later company reporting says the Charger SIXPACK Scat Pack arrived at dealerships in late 2025, and Stellantis’ February 2026 product update listed the SIXPACK two-door among its product introductions. Dodge’s original announcement, Stellantis’ 2025 annual report and its February 2026 product update establish those separate points in the timeline.

Availability is regional. In June 2026, Dodge opened European orders for the next-generation Charger through the official importer and dealer network, with deliveries expected from September 2026. That timing applies to Europe; it does not establish order status or delivery dates elsewhere. For a specific market, confirm current orders, trim specifications and delivery estimates with the local Dodge channel. Dodge’s European announcement gives the Europe-specific details.

Stellantis’ current Dodge range includes the Durango SRT Hellcat Jailbreak, Durango R/T 392 and Durango GT HEMI AWD. The company reported that Durango total sales in 2025 were up 37% over 2024, its best total-sales year since 2005. That is evidence of recent sales momentum, not confirmation of a new generation or an explanation for the increase. The lineup appears on Stellantis’ Dodge brand page; the sales result appears in its 2025 annual report.

What Stellantis’ wider reset does—and does not—say about Dodge
In February 2026, Stellantis said it was aligning product plans with customer preferences and profitable growth. It announced $13 billion of U.S. investment over four years, five new vehicles and 19 other product actions, while also describing cancellations of products it believed would not achieve profitable scale. These are company-wide plans, not a Dodge-only investment allocation or a promise of a particular Dodge model. The update does list the Charger SIXPACK two-door as a Dodge product action. Stellantis’ February 2026 announcement provides the corporate context.
Accordingly, the evidence supports a changing Dodge product plan, led by the multi-energy Charger and a continuing Durango. It does not support naming additional future Dodge vehicles or assigning them launch dates.

What to compare before choosing a Charger
The public specifications establish powertrain choices, selected outputs, body styles and some drive-system details. They do not settle several ownership questions that can matter more than the headline horsepower figures.
