What federal steps would be needed to register one in the United States?
A nonconforming X-Bow cannot simply be shipped into the country and registered. NHTSA says a vehicle less than 25 years old that was not originally certified to U.S. safety standards may be permanently imported only after NHTSA determines it eligible and a Registered Importer completes the required conformity work.
