The 2025 Dodge Hornet is mostly a carryover from 2024. The specific reported update is that the optional Track Pack adds paddle shifters on GT and GT Plus trims; Cars.com also reported a one-day Radford Racing School session offer for 2025 buyers. The Hornet continues with a gasoline GT and plug-in-hybrid R/T. Dodge now says production is paused indefinitely, so any remaining new inventory is dealer-dependent.
What changed on the 2025 Dodge Hornet?
Cars.com’s December 23, 2024 report describes the model-year changes as minor. It identifies paddle shifters as an addition to the optional Track Pack on the GT and GT Plus. The report says the rest of the vehicle, including package and color options, carries over from 2024; it does not describe a redesign.
The same report says buyers who purchased a 2025 Hornet were eligible for a one-day session at Radford Racing School. That was a reported buyer offer, not a permanent vehicle feature; confirm any offer terms and availability with a dealer.
What do the Hornet’s packages add?
Cars.com describes three principal packages. Equipment can vary by vehicle, so check the window sticker and installed options rather than assuming every Hornet has the same package contents.

GT versus R/T: gasoline or plug-in hybrid
The GT is the gasoline-powered version; the R/T is a plug-in hybrid. Stellantis’s 2025 Dodge Hornet Fact Sheet lists these specifications:

The 32-mile electric-range figure is the one stated in Stellantis’s fact sheet. Cars.com’s model research page has described the R/T as having a 33-mile EPA-estimated range, so those figures should not be treated as interchangeable; consult an EPA listing for the specific model year if you need an EPA-labeled estimate.

What did the 2025 Hornet cost, and can you still buy one?
Cars.com’s December 2024 report listed these launch-era prices, including destination: GT $33,180, GT Plus $38,475, R/T $43,240, and R/T Plus $48,585. They are historical figures, not current quotes. Stellantis later repositioned 2025 pricing and described the GT as under $30,000 in a pricing announcement; confirm the date, configuration, and terms of any advertised price with the seller.
Dodge’s current Hornet page says production has been paused indefinitely and that vehicles may remain available at select dealers. It does not establish nationwide inventory. Check local dealer stock and current pricing before making a buying decision.

Checking accessories and replacement-part fit
For 2025 Dodge Hornet accessories or replacement parts, verify model year, trim, and installed options before ordering: package equipment and vehicle configuration can affect fit. Dodge directs owners to Mopar parts and accessories, and the owner’s manual portal provides vehicle-specific documentation. A manual may describe equipment that is not fitted to every trim.
