The C7 Corvette ZR1 was a 2019 model-year car and the last ZR1 of the front-engine C7 generation. Chevrolet rated its supercharged 6.2-liter LT5 V8 at 755 horsepower. Reported final retail production was 2,953 cars: 2,441 coupes and 512 convertibles. The 3ZR premium equipment group and track-focused ZTK package were especially common.
What are the C7 Corvette ZR1 specs?
Chevrolet’s historical model page identifies the 2019 ZR1 as a 755-horsepower car with a track top speed of 212 mph. Its power came from a supercharged 6.2-liter LT5 V8. Chevrolet’s powertrain catalog, which lists the engine in a crate-engine context, specifies 755 hp and 715 lb-ft of torque, along with a 2.65-liter supercharger and 14 psi of boost.
Chevrolet describes the engine this way: “The supercharged 6.2L LT5 is the power behind the 2019 Corvette ZR1.” Chevrolet powertrain catalog
CorvetteBlogger reported an “official two-way top speed” of 212.54 mph, a more precise figure than Chevrolet’s 212-mph model-page figure. Treat that as secondary-source reporting rather than a separate Chevrolet specification. These figures refer to the C7 ZR1, not the later C8 ZR1.

How many C7 ZR1 Corvettes were made?
CorvetteBlogger reported final production figures for the extended 2019 model year, attributing them to Chevrolet production data released through the National Corvette Museum. The report lists 2,953 retail cars:
| Body style | Reported production |
|---|---|
| Coupe | 2,441 |
| Convertible | 512 |
| Total | 2,953 |
These are reported factory production figures, not a count of cars appearing in an owner-maintained registry. The registry’s listed population is different and is not independently validated.

What were the most popular C7 ZR1 options?
In CorvetteBlogger’s 2019 production breakdown, 3ZR was the most common premium equipment group and ZTK was selected on more than seven in ten cars. These option counts overlap: a car could have more than one listed feature, so the figures should not be added together.
| Configuration or feature | Reported count | Share of 2,953 cars |
|---|---|---|
| 3ZR premium equipment group | 2,761 | 93.4% |
| ZTK track-focused package | 2,077 | Over 70% |
| Seven-speed manual transmission | 884 | 29.9% |
| Sebring Orange exterior | 811 | 27.5% |
The manual-transmission total is the sum of the report’s 744 manual coupes and 140 manual convertibles. The report also says 758 of the 811 Sebring Orange cars had the Sebring Orange Design Package.

How should the registry counts be read?
The Corvette Action Center’s owner-maintained registry gives a second view of configurations, but its counts are registry entries, not final factory totals; the site cautions that entries are not independently validated. Its figures include:
- 2,791 3ZR entries and 2,098 ZTK entries.
- 2,086 automatic and 901 manual entries.
- 843 Sebring Orange cars, 544 Black cars, and 366 Arctic White cars.
- 1,928 Competition Sport seat entries (65%), 1,862 Carbon Flash-painted wheel entries (62%), and 1,651 blue brake-caliper entries (55%).
The registry lists Sebring Orange as its most common color, at 843 cars (28%). Its percentages describe the registry’s listed population and can differ from production take rates.
Rank #4
- Packaging: original factory window retail box.

What configuration details matter when comparing C7 ZR1s?
Use body style, transmission, equipment group, and track package as separate comparison points. The production report gives coupe and convertible totals, and manual-transmission counts; it also reports 3ZR and ZTK totals. Registry numbers can help illustrate additional recorded equipment, but they should not be presented as verified factory production.
