RTR rates the Spec 5 at 870+ horsepower and 660 lb-ft of torque from a supercharged 5.0-liter V8 fitted with a 3.0-liter Whipple Stage 2 supercharger system. These are manufacturer-published figures, not independent dyno measurements. RTR’s product page and its September 25, 2025 launch announcement provide the specifications.
What makes the Spec 5 widebody different?
RTR describes the bodywork as an integrated composite system rather than a set of simple bolt-on fender flares. It includes composite front fenders, bumper extensions, upper rocker panels and rear quarter panels with integrated tire-cooling vents, along with rear wheel arches incorporating tire-cooling ducts.
Exposed carbon-fiber parts extend the aero treatment: a chin splitter, wake-tower assemblies, rocker splitters and rear-quarter splitters. The overall design pairs the wider body with functional cooling and aerodynamic components, though the cited manufacturer materials do not provide independent aerodynamic or track-test results.

Chassis, wheels, tires and brakes
The Spec 5’s hardware package includes RTR Aero 5 Evo forged wheels and Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. RTR specifies 305/30R20 tires at the front and 315/30R20 at the rear. Braking hardware comprises Brembo six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers, plus two-piece front rotors.
RTR also lists its adjustable Tactical Performance Suspension System. The published specifications identify the components but do not establish independently measured lap times, stopping distances or handling results.

Transmission and cabin equipment
RTR announced the Spec 5 with either a six-speed manual or a 10-speed automatic transmission. Inside, listed equipment includes RTR Leather RECARO Sport Seats, a serialized dash plaque, a performance shift knob, floor mats and a certificate of authenticity. The car also includes a factory electronic drift brake.
