What does the six-figure price cover?
Sarchione Ford of Randolph lists a 2026 Ford F-250 Super Duty Lariat Harley-Davidson Edition for $134,448. That is the asking price for one particular dealer-listed truck, not a typical transaction price or a market average. The listing itemizes a $42,666 Tuscany Harley-Davidson upfit package and a $13,495 6.7-liter high-output Power Stroke diesel upgrade. It also includes factory packages and options, including Lariat Ultimate, Lariat Premium, Black Appearance and moonroof upgrades. See the dealer listing.
What does Tuscany add to the F-250?
The conversion changes more than the truck’s appearance. Tuscany’s feature sheet lists hardware and trim spanning the suspension, wheels, bodywork and cabin:
- 22-inch Harley-Davidson wheels with 37-inch tires
- BDS suspension, FOX 2.0 performance-tuned shocks and dual steering stabilizers
- Power running boards, custom fender flares and a custom hood
- Harley-Davidson-branded bodywork, seating, interior trim, floor mats, gauges and pedals
- A tonneau cover and bed liner
Tuscany’s feature sheet states a 3-year/36,000-mile warranty. That is not confirmation of coverage for every specific truck or its current terms; buyers should verify the warranty for the vehicle and conversion they are considering. Tuscany’s F-250 feature sheet.

Why is the conversion costly?
The itemized $42,666 upfit price is substantial because this is a comprehensive conversion package, not just a badge-and-paint treatment. It combines custom-developed components with substantial equipment changes, including larger wheels and tires and revised suspension, alongside branded exterior and interior parts. Tangent Design Group says its work on the 2023 F-250 collaboration included the design and development of more than 60 proprietary parts. That indicates the breadth of the design effort; it does not reveal manufacturing costs or prove that the parts have an equivalent independent resale value. Nor is the conversion the only reason this example reaches six figures. The dealer separately prices the high-output diesel upgrade at $13,495, and the truck has additional factory packages and options. The $134,448 total therefore should not be described as the price of the Tuscany package alone.

How should you judge the price against an F-250?
Compare trucks with the same model year, trim and powertrain before drawing conclusions. Ford lists a $45,975 starting MSRP for the 2027 F-250 XL, but that is a different model year and a base XL trim—not a like-for-like comparison with a 2026 Lariat carrying a diesel upgrade, factory options and Tuscany conversion. For a useful comparison, check the underlying truck and engine, exactly which conversion parts are included, warranty terms, dealer discounts or fees, and whether the vehicles are actually available. A listed package price is not by itself proof of a buyer’s final negotiated price.

What does the price not tell you?
The dealer listing establishes the price of one build, not typical market pricing, negotiation outcomes or resale value. The feature sheet describes equipment, but the available information does not establish whether the premium is worthwhile for a particular buyer. That depends on how much value the buyer places on the conversion’s equipment and styling, and on the terms and price available for the specific truck.
As historical context only, Motor Authority reported a $111,000 price tag for the 2020 F-250 Harley-Davidson Edition. That older figure is not a current price, nor does comparing it with one 2026 listing establish price appreciation. Motor Authority’s 2020 report.
