The clearest historical four-seat Lamborghinis are the Espada, 400 GT and Jarama. The Espada was designed to carry four people and luggage; the 400 GT and Jarama used a more compact 2+2 layout, with two main seats and two smaller rear seats. “Four-seat” therefore does not mean every model offers roomy, sedan-like space in back. Lamborghini’s current range includes the Urus, but the manufacturer pages cited here do not establish its seat count, so check the exact model year and market configuration before treating it as a four-seater.
What counts as a four-seat Lamborghini?
There are two useful meanings. A four-passenger design aims to carry four occupants, while a 2+2 has two primary seats and a smaller rear pair intended for occasional passengers or limited use. Lamborghini’s historical front-engine GTs include both kinds of packaging; the label alone does not tell you how usable the rear seats are.
The official histories directly support three historical examples: the 400 GT, Espada and Jarama. The title’s “5” should not be read as evidence that five distinct models have been verified with four seats. In particular, do not add a vehicle merely because it is a GT, an SUV or part of a related model lineage.

400 GT: a compact rear pair
The 400 GT’s move to a 2+2 layout distinguished it from the earlier two-seat 350 GT. Lamborghini says the roofline was raised to improve accommodation for rear passengers. That supports counting it as a four-seat configuration, not a claim that the back row matches the comfort or space of a conventional four-door car.

Espada: the strongest answer for four passengers
Of these examples, the Espada is the one whose manufacturer history most plainly describes a four-person mission: carrying four passengers and their luggage in some comfort. Lamborghini lists three series across its 1968–1978 production run. The total of 1,217 is the sum of those published series counts, rather than a separately stated total on the cited page.
Jarama: the later front-engine 2+2
Lamborghini calls the Jarama the final evolution of its front-engine 2+2 idea. The model was offered as the Jarama GT and later the Jarama GTS; the GTS included the option of a removable two-panel roof. Its 2+2 description indicates four places, but does not establish generous rear-seat room.

Why the Islero is not on the verified list
The Islero is sometimes associated with Lamborghini’s earlier 2+2 GT lineage, but lineage is not proof of its own seating layout. Lamborghini’s direct Islero model biography describes it as a two-seater and records 155 Isleros and 70 Islero S examples. For a literal list of four-seat cars, that direct model description is the relevant evidence, so the Islero should not be counted. Automobili Lamborghini Islero history

Lamborghini’s current model range includes the Urus, and the Urus SE is identified as a Super SUV. Those pages, however, do not specify the seat count in the cited material. A body style or model family is not enough to establish the seating configuration of a particular vehicle. Confirm the specification for the exact model year and market on Lamborghini’s current pages: current model range and Urus SE.
