F1 25 Iconic Edition contents
The Iconic Edition originally included the full F1 25 game, plus the following extras:

The Iconic Edition provided up to three days of early access when it launched. F1 25 officially released on May 30, 2025, while early access began on May 27 for eligible buyers. The game is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.

Lewis Hamilton Iconic Pack
This is a collection of Lewis Hamilton-themed cosmetic items. It does not add a separate driving mode or a new career campaign.
EA’s launch material also referenced a Lewis Hamilton F1 World event for F1 24. That was promotional cross-game content, not an additional F1 25 mode included in the Iconic Edition.
F3 Driver Icons
The F3 Driver Icons are extra selectable driver identities for My Team and Career. They are separate from the normal F1 25 driver roster, so buying the Iconic Edition does not simply unlock a different version of the standard grid.
F1 World Bumper Pack
The Bumper Pack supplies resources for F1 World. It is not a full expansion, extra championship or standalone game mode. Xbox and EA describe it as an in-game resource bundle.

PitCoin is F1 25’s virtual currency. It can be spent on eligible items connected with the Podium Pass and the Item Shop. It does not function as a discount on the game or automatically unlock every item in the store.

Does the Iconic Edition include the 2026 Season Pack?
No. The 2026 Season Pack is a separate purchase, even if you already own the Iconic Edition. It adds the 2026 season rather than replacing the original F1 25 game.
The expansion includes:
- 2026 cars, teams, drivers and regulations
- Audi and Cadillac
- The MADRING circuit in Madrid
- Active Aerodynamics
- The new 2026 Overtake Mode
- 2026 versions of supported career and multiplayer modes
The expansion is available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, the Epic Games Store and the EA app. The 2026 versions of Driver Career and My Team require a new 2026 save; your existing 2025 saves remain available.
One important limitation: MADRING can only be driven with the 2026 cars. It is not available as a circuit for 2025-car events.

The APXGP Team Pack added Sonny Hayes and Joshua Pearce’s fictional APXGP team to Driver Career and My Team. It was a limited-time early-purchase promotion connected with the Iconic Edition and Iconic Edition Upgrade.

The promotion ended on July 11, 2025 at 15:00 UTC. EA also stated that the bonus could not be redeemed after May 30, 2026. Therefore, buying an Iconic Edition listing now does not automatically mean that the APXGP content can still be claimed.
F1 The Movie Chapter Scenarios
The six F1 The Movie Chapter Scenarios became playable on June 30, 2025. Players who preordered the qualifying Iconic Edition received them, while other players must purchase them separately.

The 2026 Season Pack does not add new story content to either the movie scenarios or Braking Point.
What were the Standard Edition preorder bonuses?
At launch, Standard Edition preorders included:
- F1 75 Celebration Pack
- F1 World Starter Pack
- 5,000 PitCoin
These were preorder rewards, not permanent Standard Edition features. The preorder offer expired at launch, and EA’s terms state that the content could not be redeemed after May 30, 2026.
Which F1 25 version should you buy?
- You do not own F1 25: choose the F1 25: 2026 Season Edition if you want the current complete package. Buying only the base game means purchasing the 2026 Season Pack separately later.
- You own the Standard Edition: buy the 2026 Season Pack for the 2026 cars, teams, tracks and features. The Iconic Edition Upgrade is optional and mainly adds cosmetics, resources and PitCoin.
- You own the Iconic Edition: you already have its original bonus content. You only need the 2026 Season Pack to access the 2026 expansion.
- You want the APXGP team or movie scenarios: check your existing entitlements before buying. These were tied to specific promotions and are not guaranteed by a current Iconic Edition description.
Common F1 25 edition mistakes
- Assuming Iconic means 2026 content: it does not. The 2026 Season Pack is separate.
- Assuming the Iconic Upgrade includes the game: it requires ownership of F1 25 and does not provide the base game.
- Assuming APXGP is still automatically available: its promotion and redemption windows have ended.
- Assuming every Iconic buyer gets the movie scenarios: those scenarios were connected to the qualifying preorder offer or a separate purchase.
- Assuming the 2026 expansion overwrites your career: the 2026 career and My Team versions use new saves, while 2025 saves remain accessible.
