Auto Express warned that prices and availability may change and that availability is limited. Its description of the deal as the cheapest electric VW on its Buy A Car marketplace applies to that marketplace at publication time; it does not establish the cheapest price across the UK market. Volkswagen UK’s current product page lists Pro Match Plus, Pro S Match Plus and GTX Plus versions, with 77-kWh or 86-kWh batteries. Across the range, Volkswagen quotes 357–422 miles of combined WLTP range. The span covers different versions; it is not a range figure for every trim, nor a guarantee of real-world distance. Motorway speed, weather, temperature, load and driving style can affect how far an electric car travels between charges. Check the precise specification of the advertised Match Pro Plus before applying a range or battery figure to that lease car.
