Urban Arrow publishes a 200 kg maximum total load, but that figure includes the rider and does not override the separate 80 kg rear-carrier and 15 kg front-carrier limits. The company describes the Breeze as a familiar, easy-handling alternative to a front-box cargo bike; that is a manufacturer claim, not an independently measured comparison.
What the Breeze is designed to carry
The Breeze uses a conventional bicycle-style layout with a long rear passenger and cargo rack, rather than a front box. Urban Arrow says the front and rear racks are included. Its product page also lists a low step-through frame, smaller wheels, suspension fork, upright riding position, integrated front lock, Purion 200 display and MIK-HD attachment points. The page inspected listed black and green; regional specifications and colors may differ, so confirm with a local dealer.
The distinction between total load and rack capacity matters when planning a trip. Urban Arrow’s published limits are:

How to carry children
Younger passengers: use a compatible child seat
Urban Arrow recommends transporting a child from 9 months when seated in a compatible child seat. The company lists the following MIK-HD seat models as compatible with the Breeze’s rear rack:
- Bobike Go Maxi MIK-HD
- Bobike Bubble Maxi Plus MIK-HD
- Thule Yepp 2 MIK-HD
- Urban Iki Ta-Ke MIK-HD
- Qibbel Air MIK-HD
Check the exact model, its fitting instructions, weight and age limits, and the child’s fit before purchase and use. Urban Arrow’s FAQ offers general guidance that child seats are usually used up to age 5 or 18–22 kg, but explicitly notes that limits vary by seat manufacturer; those general figures do not replace the chosen seat’s instructions or local cycling rules.

Older children: check fit and load limits
Urban Arrow describes the Breeze as suitable for older children up to around 8 years, while its FAQ says there is no maximum passenger age if the weight limits are respected. These statements are not a guarantee that every child will fit every setup. Passenger weight, available seating and foot support, the applicable accessory instructions, and the combined rack and total loads all matter.
Passenger protection and equipment
Urban Arrow describes the Breeze as having spoke and belt covers and a stable kickstand. Its passenger-protection page says the MIK-HD rear rack is rated to 80 kg and tested and certified for two children; the extracted page text does not name a certifying laboratory or standard. The company also offers an optional protection bar. These are manufacturer descriptions of features and testing, not a promise of risk-free riding or independent proof of safety superiority. Choose accessories for the passenger’s age, size and seating position, install them as instructed, and check that they do not push either carrier or the bike over its stated load limit. The protection bar and other accessories do not replace a compatible seat when one is required.

Volume describes space, not how much weight the rack can carry. Account for the bags and their contents within the relevant carrier and total limits, and confirm each accessory’s current fit and instructions with Urban Arrow or a dealer.

Before buying, also consider whether the longtail layout fits your household’s needs and where you will store and park the bike. The official information cited here does not establish a model-specific bike weight, real-world battery range, or a carrier recommendation for transporting the Breeze by car. Urban Arrow says the bike can fit on a carrier but advises checking the bike’s weight, the carrier’s capacity and local law.
