Related reports date to 2024, so treat the discount as historical context—not a live offer. Before considering an Ocean, ask the seller to confirm the specific vehicle is available and provide a written, vehicle-specific out-the-door price.
Is the Fisker Ocean discount available now?
There is not enough verified information to identify the two dealers in the headline, establish the discount amount or confirm that either has an Ocean for sale today. Carscoops’ related reporting from 2024 described dealer activity and price cuts during that period; it does not establish present-day stock or pricing. Contact a seller directly and get current availability and the full price in writing before treating the offer as real.
In an April 15, 2024 report, Carscoops said two of three Fisker dealer partners then listed on the company website remained hopeful and were still moving vehicles. The story named Fisker Albany and quoted its dealer principal, Val Ranguelov: “As of now, we’re still moving cars.” That was a statement about the situation at the time, not a current inventory update, and the report does not establish that Fisker Albany was one of the two dealers in this headline.
Carscoops’ archive also places related Ocean price-cut and fee-waiver coverage in March through May 2024. Those reports show a historical discount context, not a price that a buyer can assume is still available.

What is the Fisker Ocean?
Fisker described the Ocean in its 2023 annual filing as a five-passenger electric SUV. The company reported a certified range of 231–360 miles across configurations. That is the manufacturer’s range claim, not a single trim’s guaranteed real-world range: Fisker said the figure varied with specification, battery pack, driving conditions, wheel size and testing procedures. What to verify before putting money down
Do not evaluate an Ocean on the discount figure alone. Ask the seller for the vehicle’s VIN and documentation, then check the details that determine its actual cost, legal status and usability.

- HIGH TRANSPARENCY: High transparency to preserve the original screen brightness and features.
- Vehicle identity: Confirm the VIN, model year, trim and odometer reading match the listing and sales paperwork.
- Written total price: Request an out-the-door quote for that VIN, showing taxes, registration, dealer fees, required add-ons and any conditions attached to the advertised price.
- Title and warranty: Establish whether the title is clear and transferable, and get the warranty status and any exclusions in writing. Do not assume a warranty transfers or remains in force.
- Condition and equipment: Inspect the specific vehicle, obtain its condition history and confirm which keys, charging equipment and other items are included. The headline does not establish the condition or paperwork of any individual Ocean.
- Recall remedy: Check the VIN for open recalls and ask for documentation that any required remedy was completed.
- Service arrangements: Ask who can diagnose and repair the vehicle, where service is available and how parts or software support will be handled. Fisker’s 2023 filing said it expected service needs to be referred to a Fisker dealership, but that historical description does not confirm service is available now.
Check the Ocean’s 2024 loss-of-motive-power recall
A recall notice hosted by NHTSA says a voluntary recall dated May 29, 2024 covered all model-year 2023 Ocean vehicles manufactured for the U.S., Canadian and EU markets. It describes a proposed over-the-air OS 2.1 remedy for loss of motive power. This broad recall description does not tell you whether a particular vehicle is affected or whether its remedy is complete, so check the VIN and obtain confirmation for the exact vehicle. Fisker’s 2023 annual filing reported plans to refer vehicle service needs to Fisker dealerships, but that filing is not evidence of current service coverage for a car being offered now. A seller should be able to explain what support is actually available for the specific vehicle and location; if the answer is unclear, factor that uncertainty into your decision rather than relying on an old service description.

Carscoops reported in 2024 that Fisker had a $463 million loss in the fourth quarter of 2023 and had delivered 4,929 Oceans worldwide in 2023. Those figures were reported at the time and cannot substitute for checking a vehicle’s title, warranty, condition or service options.
