Toyota showed the Camry GT-S Concept at the 2025 SEMA Show as a design study—not as a production model or announced customer package. Based on a 2025 Camry XSE AWD Hybrid, it kept the car’s 232-hp hybrid powertrain and focused on lower ride height, larger brakes, wheels and tires, and more assertive bodywork. SEMA ran November 4–7, 2025, so the event has passed.
What the Camry GT-S Concept is—and is not
Toyota described the GT-S as a special project prototype exploring how performance-inspired styling and chassis changes might look on a Camry. Its October 24, 2025 announcement did not introduce a production GT-S trim, a retail package, or a promise that the concept’s parts would reach customers. Toyota’s announcement frames it as a design study. SEMA also presented it among the show’s styling and trim studies in its 2025 event coverage.
The car was based on a 2025 Camry XSE AWD Hybrid. Toyota said the stock 2.5-liter four-cylinder hybrid system was unchanged, with stated output of 232 horsepower, and that the interior remained true to the production Camry. The concept’s changes were concentrated on exterior design, stance, and chassis tuning.

These are Toyota-reported concept specifications, not independent performance or braking test results. The announcement provides no measured acceleration, lap times, or other test figures.

What changed compared with the production Camry underneath
The GT-S concept left the stated engine-hybrid output alone and instead paired a lower stance with upgraded braking hardware and larger wheels and tires. That makes it a styling and chassis-focused concept rather than a powertrain upgrade. Toyota did not provide enough information to establish how the concept’s handling, ride comfort, braking distances, or tire behavior compare with a production Camry.
Nor does the specification list establish that the concept components are compatible with every Camry, or that they can be installed as a package. The release gives no suppliers, part numbers, fitment details, or customer availability for the coilovers, brakes, wheels, tires, or bodywork.

Can you buy a Camry GT-S or its parts?
Toyota’s announcement does not offer the Camry GT-S as a production vehicle or retail package. Toyota identifies the car as a prototype modified with parts and/or accessories not available from Toyota. It does not establish whether third-party equivalents exist, so the concept’s specifications should not be treated as a shopping list or a fitment recommendation.
If considering similar modifications, verify vehicle-specific compatibility and installation requirements with qualified sources. Toyota warns that prototype modifications may void warranty, negatively affect performance and safety, and may not be street legal. The 245/35R20 tire size is the only tire specification disclosed; Toyota names no brand or model and does not endorse a particular product.

When and where Toyota showed it
Toyota announced the concept ahead of the 2025 SEMA Show, held November 4–7 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The company listed the car for Central Hall, booth 22200; its 2025 SEMA event page includes Camry GT-S materials. Those dates describe a past show, not an upcoming debut.
