Rolls-Royce’s current power leader in the official specifications reviewed is the Black Badge Spectre Series II: 500 kW with Infinity Mode engaged. That does not establish a fully sourced “top 10” across the marque’s history. The available official material confirms figures for only a small number of relevant models, so this guide distinguishes verified specifications from ranking claims it cannot substantiate.
Which Rolls-Royce is the most powerful?
The Black Badge Spectre Series II is rated at 500 kW in Infinity Mode, according to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars’ 2026 Series II announcement. The same release gives the standard Spectre Series II an output of 442 kW. These are manufacturer-stated power figures; the Black Badge figure is tied to a named driving mode.
Rolls-Royce initially announced the Black Badge Spectre at 485 kW (659 PS) in February 2025. That was the launch specification, not the higher Series II figure. The original announcement also gave torque as 1,075 Nm; the 2026 Series II release specifies up to 1,100 Nm in Spirited Mode. Torque measures rotational force, not power, so it should not be treated as a horsepower figure or compared in the same column.

The figures use the units stated by Rolls-Royce. Electric and combustion-engine ratings can involve different delivery characteristics and conditions; these published numbers alone do not provide a like-for-like account of how power is delivered over time. No conversion is needed to identify the updated Black Badge Spectre as the leader among the figures listed here.

Why a definitive all-time top ten cannot be ranked here
A title promising ten cars ranked by power requires comparable, model-specific output figures for ten candidates and a consistent rule for handling variants, named modes, and units. The available official material does not supply that set of specifications. As a result, presenting ten cars in rank order would imply a level of verification these sources do not support.
- Mode-specific outputs matter: the 500 kW Black Badge Spectre Series II figure applies in Infinity Mode, while its 1,100 Nm torque figure applies in Spirited Mode.
- Variants must stay distinct: standard Spectre Series II and Black Badge Spectre Series II have different stated power outputs.
- Power and torque are different measurements: torque figures cannot fill gaps in a power ranking.
- Special editions need an inclusion rule: Rolls-Royce says the Black Badge Wraith Black Arrow collection was limited to 12 examples, but its official article’s cited 357.497 mph (575.335 km/h) figure is a land-speed record associated with the historical Thunderbolt, not an engine-power specification for the Wraith.
For those reasons, the figures above are a verified comparison, not a complete ranking of the ten most powerful Rolls-Royces ever made. A broader ranked list would need official output specifications for each included model and a declared method for comparing them.

What the Dawn Black Badge figures mean
Rolls-Royce’s 2026 article on its coupé history describes the Dawn Black Badge as using a 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 rated at 563 bhp, with an additional 30 bhp from the Black Badge tune, and 840 Nm of torque. The stated 840 Nm is torque, not power. The source wording identifies the extra tune separately, so it is safer to retain that description rather than infer a combined output.
