Among those three model-year-specific figures, the CVO Road Glide ST has the highest published horsepower. That comparison is limited to these sourced models; it is not a claim that the CVO ranks first among every touring motorcycle sold in 2024.
Why the BMW K 1600 B is not a confirmed 2024 entry
BMW Motorrad UK’s current K 1600 B technical-data page lists 118 kW (160 hp) at 6,750 rpm and 180 Nm at 5,250 rpm. The cited page does not establish that those specifications describe the 2024 model year, so the figure should not be placed in a 2024 ranking without model-year confirmation. It also uses metric horsepower in a UK technical sheet, while the US manufacturer pages above report horsepower; the figures do not come from one common test protocol.

Horsepower is only one part of the comparison
Peak horsepower indicates an engine’s maximum power output, while the stated rpm identifies where the manufacturer says that peak occurs. Torque describes rotational force; its peak value and rpm provide a separate point of comparison. The cited figures show why horsepower alone does not describe the full output profile: the 2024 Street Glide, for example, has a lower stated horsepower figure than the CVO Road Glide ST but a published peak torque of 130 ft-lb at 3,250 rpm.
These peak numbers do not reveal the full power or torque curve, gearing, vehicle weight, or how the motorcycle feels in a particular riding situation. No common independent test is established by the cited specifications, so they should be read as manufacturer claims rather than directly comparable dynamometer results.

Why a verified top ten is not possible from these sources
A meaningful list of the ten most powerful touring motorcycles in 2024 requires a defined market and inclusion criteria, plus comparable horsepower figures tied to the 2024 model year for every candidate. The available specifications cover only a subset, and the BMW page does not confirm its model year. They therefore cannot establish either ten qualifying entries or their order.
For context, American Honda’s 2024 Gold Wing specification release identifies a 1,833 cc horizontally opposed six-cylinder engine but does not supply a horsepower figure in the cited release. Engine layout and displacement are not substitutes for a comparable horsepower rating. Honda published the release on October 27, 2023: American Honda’s 2024 Gold Wing specifications.
