Harley-Davidson describes it as the most powerful engine it has delivered in a production motorcycle, and says the RR was limited to 131 motorcycles. That is a manufacturer claim about its own production motorcycles, not proof that it outranks every American V-twin on an independent, common test. The limited production run also matters: it is a 2025 production model, but that does not establish that new examples remain available today.

The 2026 Harley-Davidson CVO Road Glide ST
The 2026 CVO Road Glide ST’s Milwaukee-Eight 121 High Output is rated at 127 hp and 145 ft-lb. Harley-Davidson’s 2026 European brochure gives a peak of 127 hp at 4,900 rpm. Keep the brochure’s European scope attached to the rpm figure rather than assuming every regional specification is identical.
Indian’s PowerPlus versions
Indian’s 2025 U.S. PowerPlus 112 is rated at 126 hp and 133 ft-lb, while the 2025 PowerPlus 108 is rated at 122 hp and 128 ft-lb. They are separate engine versions, not alternate names for one specification. The Indian 101 Scout’s 111 hp rating provides another point of comparison, though its source is an India-market page and does not supply a torque figure in the cited material.

A proper ranking needs comparable ratings for ten distinct engines and a clear definition of the market and production window. The available sources do not provide that. How to interpret horsepower and torque here
- Horsepower is the clearest basis for this title’s comparison because each listed engine has a published horsepower rating.
- Torque adds context for the Harley and PowerPlus entries, but a missing figure for the Scout is not evidence that its torque is lower.
- Peak rpm is established here only for the 2026 CVO Road Glide ST in the European brochure. Do not infer comparable rpm figures for the other engines.
- Availability and year matter: a limited 2025 model and a 2026 model should not be presented as if they were simultaneously available in every market.
