The latest reported Tata Harrier EV price hike is ₹10,000–₹11,000, with ex-showroom prices now reported to start at ₹21.79 lakh and reach ₹30.54 lakh. For the entry-level Adventure 65 kWh, a separate Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) offer is reported at ₹14.49 lakh upfront plus ₹5.90 per kilometre for the battery. The figures are not a complete current variant price list, so confirm the price and finance terms with an authorised Tata Motors dealer before booking.
What are the new Tata Harrier EV prices?
CarWale reported on October 2, 2026, that prices rose by ₹10,000–₹11,000 across the Harrier EV lineup. The report lists a revised starting ex-showroom price of ₹21.79 lakh and a top-variant price of ₹30.54 lakh. It does not give a full revised price list or specify the exact date the change took effect.
Those endpoints do not establish the price of every trim, and the reported increase is a range rather than a uniform hike. Ask a Tata dealer for the invoicing price of the exact variant and configuration you want. CarWale’s October 2, 2026 report is the source for the reported hike and current endpoints.
How much is the Harrier EV BaaS offer?
Autocar India reported a BaaS price of ₹14.49 lakh for the entry-level Adventure 65 kWh, compared with ₹21.79 lakh with the battery included. The reported upfront difference is ₹7.30 lakh. Under this offer, the battery payment is ₹5.90 per kilometre; the vehicle and battery are financed separately.

- Model Compatibility: Harrier EV Smart Key.
- Key Compatibility: 4-button smart key as shown in the image. Please compare your key's shape with the key image shown for reference, so as to make sure that the product is suitable for your key.
Autocar’s comparison assumes 60 km of driving per day and excludes charging. The ₹5.90/km figure is the reported entry-trim battery payment, not a complete ownership cost or a published BaaS price list for every Harrier EV variant. See Autocar India’s September 28, 2026 report for the offer figures and comparison assumptions.
How to compare BaaS with buying the battery upfront
The lower BaaS vehicle price shifts part of the cost from the initial purchase to a per-kilometre battery payment. Whether that suits you depends on how much you drive and on the full finance terms. Tata BaaS is described as a dual-loan product: vehicle and battery are financed separately, and the battery EMI depends on battery size, down payment and loan tenure.

- Estimate your distance. Apply the per-kilometre battery payment to the kilometres you expect to drive. A comparison based on 60 km per day will not match a driver who travels substantially more or less.
- Compare the full finance terms. Ask for the vehicle and battery loan amounts, down payments, tenures and EMIs. A lower upfront price alone does not show the total amount payable.
- Add excluded costs. The battery payment does not cover charging, maintenance, repairs or other associated costs. Autocar’s cited comparison also excludes government levies, road tax, insurance and TCS.
- Include charging arrangements. Tata’s June 2025 introductory release said its listed prices excluded charger and installation costs. It offered a 7.2 kW AC charger for an additional ₹49,000 at that time; this is a historical published option price, not a verified current quote.
For the offer description and exclusions, consult Autocar India’s explanation of BaaS. Ask the dealer to itemise applicable taxes, insurance, charger and installation, and any other charges for your specific transaction.
What do Tata’s earlier introductory prices show?
Tata Motors’ June 23, 2025 release listed introductory ex-showroom, pan-India prices of ₹21.49 lakh for the rear-wheel-drive Adventure 65 and ₹27.49 lakh for the Empowered 75. These are historical launch prices for two variants, not a full current price list and not a like-for-like account of the later increase.

Tata’s price page says prices are ex-showroom, may change without prior notice, and should be checked with an authorised dealer. It also says a booking amount is indicative and does not lock or guarantee the final price: the price applicable at invoicing or delivery, plus relevant charges, applies unless Tata communicates otherwise. These terms are shown in Tata’s indexed price-page information; the page could not be directly accessed for verification. Check the current terms and obtain a written, itemised quote before paying.
