Designer Göran Durgé’s concept was reported in 2019 with a goal of reaching production, but that report does not establish that it launched or is available to buy today.
How the Tricksy changes from trike to cart
In ride mode, Tricksy is a pedal tricycle intended for the trip to a shop. To use it indoors, the rider lowers the seat and pulls the cargo basket and front wheels back into the folding frame. The result is a shorter, narrower vehicle for pushing through a shop.
In cart mode, the trike’s single rear wheel becomes the cart’s front wheel. The handlebars are used to push the vehicle from the end that was the trike’s front. The rider reverses the conversion to ride home.
What was proposed for production
New Atlas reported in 2019 that Durgé was finalizing the design and aimed to take it into production. Its figures were projections, not confirmed retail specifications:

A Swedish patent record documents an invention associated with the design, but a patent does not prove that a consumer product was manufactured or sold. The record for SE543106C2, titled “Convertible tricycle,” names Göran Durgé as inventor and Toadrunner Innovation AB as original assignee. It gives a priority and filing date of February 20, 2019, and a publication date of October 6, 2020; its classifications include convertible cycles and adjustable or convertible hand carts. The patent record supports the documented concept, not its retail availability.
