The GSX-8T is the naked, round-headlight version; the GSX-8TT adds a small headlight cowl and lower cowl for a road-racer-inspired look. In the U.S., Suzuki lists them as 2026 models with base MSRPs of $10,649 and $11,149, respectively.
What are the Suzuki GSX-8T and GSX-8TT?
They are two styling variations of Suzuki’s middleweight street-bike platform, not separate performance classes. Both U.S. 2026 models use a 776cc liquid-cooled DOHC parallel twin, a steel frame and electronic rider aids. Suzuki’s July 4, 2025 global announcement called them neo-retro street bikes and said global sales would begin in summer 2025, primarily in Europe and North America. Suzuki Motor USA later said the 2026 models would arrive at U.S. dealerships in August 2025.
The global announcement describes the engine as 775 cm³, while U.S. 2026 materials specify 776cc. Those figures are source- and market-specific; the U.S. specification is the relevant one for the U.S. models discussed here. What is the difference between the GSX-8T and the GSX-8TT?

Suzuki says the round headlight draws on older flat-bottom lights, and both bikes feature bar-end mirrors. The added bodywork is the main distinction; Suzuki’s materials describe the same engine family and core rider-aid package for both. How much do the 2026 Suzuki GSX-8T and GSX-8TT cost?
Suzuki Motor USA lists base MSRPs of $10,649 for the GSX-8T and $11,149 for the GSX-8TT. The manufacturer’s product-page disclaimer says those prices exclude taxes, title, license and registration, destination freight and delivery charges, dealer fees, and optional equipment. Dealer inventory, transaction prices, fees and offers can change, so confirm the current out-the-door quote with a U.S. dealer.
Prices differ by market and pricing basis. Suzuki UK’s launch story lists on-the-road prices of £9,599 for the GSX-8T and £9,999 for the GSX-8TT; those UK OTR figures should not be treated as U.S. prices. Suzuki UK’s announcement gives the regional figures.

What do the U.S. specifications and features include?
The U.S. 2026 brochure gives the following specifications for the GSX-8TT. They are brochure figures for that model and market, not a guarantee that every specification is identical for the GSX-8T or bikes sold elsewhere.

U.S. product materials also list a 5-inch color TFT display, USB Type-C socket, LED lighting and a lithium-ion battery. Suzuki describes selectable drive modes, ride-by-wire, traction control and a bi-directional quickshifter; its U.S. materials specify a three-mode drive selector and four-mode traction-control system. The global launch announcement additionally names the SDMS system, a high-rigidity steel frame and lightweight aluminum swingarm.

Suzuki UK lists engine output as 82.9 PS at 8,500 rpm and 78 Nm at 6,800 rpm. Those are manufacturer-published UK figures, not independent test results; regional specifications and homologation can differ. The U.S. GSX-8TT brochure contains its listed specifications.
