What is known about the reported first delivery?
AllCarIndex reported on November 3, 2025, that SSC North America had marked the Aggressor’s world premiere and first customer delivery. That report is the basis for the delivery claim: no primary SSC announcement confirming the handover, identifying the customer, or detailing the car was found. Is the Tuatara Aggressor road legal?
No. SSC describes the Aggressor as built exclusively for track use, and its current model overview marks the car as not road legal. It is not the road-going Tuatara variant. SSC’s current model overview.
Does the delivered car have 2,200 horsepower?
That has not been confirmed for the individual car. In its 2021 announcement, SSC presented a twin-turbo V8 upgrade producing up to 2,200 horsepower as an option for the Aggressor. Its current model overview lists the Aggressor at 2,200 horsepower, but neither source establishes the first customer car’s precise configuration. How limited is the Aggressor, and how is it sold?
SSC announced a production limit of 10 Aggressors and said the car would be offered exclusively through SSC North America and its dealerships. That stated limit does not establish how many cars have since been built or whether one is currently available to buy; present availability has not been confirmed. SSC’s announcement.
