The launch reports establish what the company revealed in China then; they do not establish the model’s current availability or a global price.
Where and when did the Harley-Davidson X 350 launch?
Harley-Davidson China announced the X 350 launch on March 10, 2023. Autohome reported a China launch price of CNY 33,388. That figure is specific to the Chinese launch in March 2023, not a current price or a global manufacturer’s suggested retail price. Autohome’s March 2023 launch report covered the announcement.
Visordown reported at the time that prices and timing for markets outside China had not been confirmed. That was the situation described in March 2023; it does not, by itself, establish the motorcycle’s present availability in any market. Visordown’s launch coverage records that contemporaneous uncertainty.
Who developed and built it?
Autohome reports that Harley-Davidson and QJMotor jointly developed the X 350, with QJMotor responsible for production. Visordown also identifies QJMotor as the motorcycle’s origin and engine supplier. The X 350 is therefore a Harley-Davidson-branded model with a development and manufacturing relationship distinct from the brand’s traditional, larger-displacement motorcycles. What are the X 350’s engine and performance specifications?
Launch coverage describes a 353 cc, liquid-cooled parallel-twin engine. Published power figures differ slightly by outlet, so they are best read as reported specifications rather than forced into one supposedly exact figure.

How does it look, and what equipment was reported?
Autohome and Visordown describe the styling as inspired by the XR750 flat tracker. The design gives the small-displacement motorcycle a visual link to Harley-Davidson’s flat-track heritage, while its engine architecture is a parallel twin rather than a V-twin.
Contemporaneous reports list LED lighting and adjustable suspension. Visordown specifies a 41 mm inverted fork adjustable for rebound and a rear shock adjustable for rebound and preload. Autocar India reports a preload- and rebound-adjustable USD fork and offset monoshock. Autocar India also lists an 817 mm seat height and a 195 kg fully fueled weight; Autohome and Visordown report a weight of about 195 kg without the same explicit condition.

Brake descriptions conflict: Visordown lists one floating front disc and one rear disc, while Autocar India lists twin front discs. Without a market-specific official specification sheet, the front-brake configuration should not be treated as settled across versions.
What tires did launch coverage list?
Visordown’s report names Pirelli Angel ST tires, with a 120/70-ZR17/58W front and a 160/60-ZR17/69W rear. That report can help identify a possible replacement-tire search, but it is not a universal fitment guarantee. Check the markings and approved specifications for the particular motorcycle before buying tires.

What the 2023 reveal does—and does not—establish
The March 2023 coverage documents a China launch, its reported launch price, the QJMotor development and production relationship, and the motorcycle’s reported design and specifications. It does not establish current dealer stock, a current price, or present-day sales outside China. For those questions, a buyer needs current information for the relevant market rather than relying on launch coverage.
