Scott Disick reportedly said he paid about $95,000 for a Richard Mille Nadal watch and later accepted a dealer’s $400,000 offer while he was in Miami considering a speedboat. That is a striking reported price spread—not proof that the watch sold above its independently established market value. The account comes from Disick’s recollection as reported by People; the transaction and the watch’s exact reference have not been independently established.
What Disick said about the watch and the speedboat
In an anecdote reported by People on February 20, 2026, Disick described being in Miami to buy a speedboat but hesitating over the expense. He said a New York watch dealer offered $400,000 for his Richard Mille Nadal watch, and that he accepted because the money would go toward the boat.
People reported the account after Disick appeared with WatchGuys CEO Robertino Altieri on WatchGuys’ “My Collection” video series. WatchGuys’ collection page, last updated February 21, 2026, identifies Altieri as the interviewer and links to the video: WatchGuys’ My Collection.
People quotes Disick recalling the dealer’s words: “If you want, I’ll give you $400,000 for that.” The quote is the offer as Disick remembered it, not a statement obtained directly from the dealer. People also reports Disick’s response as: “This is unbelievable.”

What other Nadal-watch records can—and cannot—show
Richard Mille’s Nadal watches include distinct references, so the name alone is not enough to identify Disick’s model. For example, a Phillips 2023 catalogue records a circa-2014 RM 035 AN AL-CA Rafael Nadal with an estimate of $100,000–$200,000 and a realized price of $203,200. That is an auction result for a specifically identified watch, not evidence of the value of Disick’s unidentified piece.
Another example underlines the variation: Christie’s catalogues a white Quartz TPT RM27-01 Rafael Nadal, circa 2019, as a five-piece limited edition. Neither that watch nor the Phillips RM 035 can be treated as a direct comparable without knowing Disick’s exact reference and the relevant condition and sale details.
