In the available supplier listings, ECA refers to an electronic clutch actuator associated with Scania Opticruise applications. Parts catalogs may call the same component a clutch servo. It is a clutch-system component; it is not an air-suspension part or an electrically driven air compressor.

- Chassis number or VIN: use it for a vehicle-specific parts lookup rather than relying only on the model family.
- Transmission: confirm the transmission fitted to the truck and whether the listed application matches it.

- Manufacturer reference and documented application: compare the seller’s stated reference and transmission application with the vehicle-specific lookup.
- Production period: confirm that the part listing covers the truck’s build period.

Do not use a generic P/G/R fitment listing as an installation procedure. Scania says workshop procedures and wiring diagrams are available through its information systems. Some content in the Technical Information Library (TIL) is access controlled; access and available information may depend on the user’s account or subscription. Use the procedure and wiring information that match the specific truck.
