But the road-going model has not been officially launched, and its production specifications, price and launch date have not been announced in the sources reviewed. The details seen on prototypes are clues—not a confirmed showroom specification.
What has been reported about the Continental GT 750
Autocar India reported on 10 September 2026 that a heavily camouflaged Continental GT test mule had been spotted in Chennai. The motorcycle was reported to have a half-fairing, twin exhausts, dual front discs and clip-on handlebars. The report interpreted its engine as a new parallel twin expected to be close to 750cc; Royal Enfield has not published a production displacement figure in the sources reviewed. The same report noted rounded bar-end mirrors like an accessory currently offered for the Continental GT 650. That visual similarity does not confirm that the mirrors will fit a production GT 750.
What is—and is not—confirmed
Prototype sightings can show what was fitted to a particular test bike; they do not establish the final retail specification. Reports describe changing console configurations across sightings, while the production instrument cluster, suspension tune, wheel options and final brake hardware remain uncertain. No manufacturer-confirmed GT 750 power, torque, price or launch date appears in the reviewed sources.

The Times of India Auto reports that no production launch date has been officially announced and that output figures remain unconfirmed. EICMA 2026 has been mentioned in coverage as a possible debut, not confirmed by Royal Enfield. Times of India Auto’s report.
Do not confuse the road bike with the GT-R 750
The GT-R 750 is a race-derived Continental GT Cup machine, not the road-going test mule. The Times of India Auto report describes the race configuration with racing-tuned suspension and brakes, adjustable rear sets, clip-ons, a race fairing and lightweight twin exhausts. Those details should not be treated as equipment confirmed for the road model.

How the GT 650 provides a useful baseline
Royal Enfield’s official Continental GT 650 specification sheet lists a 647.95cc engine, maximum power of 34.9 kW at 7,250 rpm and maximum torque of 52.3 Nm at 5,150 rpm. It also specifies a six-speed constant-mesh gearbox, disc brakes with dual-channel ABS and telescopic front forks. These figures describe the GT 650 only; they cannot be used to estimate or state the 750’s output or hardware. Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 technical specifications.
Royal Enfield’s 2018 launch announcement described the GT 650 as retaining the cafe-racer character while sharing its engine, chassis and running parts with the Interceptor INT 650, with different ergonomics and styling. Will the GT 750 replace the GT 650?
A 14 February 2026 Autocar India report said the GT 650 would continue alongside the 750. Treat that as the plan reported at that time, not a current guarantee from the manufacturer; availability can vary by market and may change before the 750 reaches showrooms.
