Top Gear described the launch car as a seven-seat SUV “based on the Cadillac Escalade,” while Rezvani adds its own exterior design and offers security equipment, including an optional armored package. The current manufacturer-listed starting price is $285,000—before configuration choices, taxes, delivery, or any negotiated transaction price.
Is the Rezvani Vengeance just a Cadillac Escalade?
No. It is best understood as a Rezvani vehicle built around an Escalade-related platform, not an ordinary Cadillac with a body kit or trim badge. Top Gear’s October 2022 launch report called it “based on the Cadillac Escalade,” but that is a launch-era platform description; it does not establish that every Vengeance detail matches every Escalade model year.

Rezvani changes the visual identity substantially. Top Gear described a videogame-inspired exterior, 22-inch wheels and 35-inch tires in its launch coverage. The current Vengeance listing emphasizes seven-passenger seating, a standard V8 and an optional armored package. Exact donor-year, drivetrain and compatibility details should be confirmed with Rezvani for a specific order.

The joke in the name is therefore accurate: the Vengeance starts with a familiar full-size luxury-SUV foundation and turns it into something far more theatrical and configurable.

How much does a Rezvani Vengeance cost?
Rezvani’s current model page lists the Vengeance at $285,000 starting price. That is a manufacturer-published entry price, not a dealer transaction quote and not the price of an all-options vehicle. See the current listing at Rezvani Motors.
| Price or total | What it represents | Qualification |
|---|---|---|
| $285,000 | Current Vengeance starting price | Rezvani model-page listing accessed September 27, 2026; base price, not a negotiated or fully equipped quote. |
| $459,750 | Vengeance 002 sample configuration | Rezvani report dated November 11, 2024, including a selected $125,000 Military Package and other options; one example build. |
| $611,500 | Sample Vengeance configuration | Rezvani report dated January 7, 2025, including selected $125,000 B6 armor upgrade and $125,000 Executive Seating; not a current universal price. |
The older Top Gear launch article cited a $249,000 starting price and a $95,000 Military Package in October 2022. Those figures are historical and should not replace the newer manufacturer-listed $285,000 starting price.

Options shown in the January 2025 report
A separate January 7, 2025 configuration report names a $125,000 B6-level lightweight composite armor upgrade. It also lists night vision as a separate option, along with a tow package, tire inflation/deflation kit, rifle compartment, center-console safe, solar power, operational front windows for armored vehicles and a roof-mounted solar battery charger/maintainer. Confirm current availability, terminology and prices directly with Rezvani before treating any of these as part of a new build.
“Armored,” “bullet-resistant” and “B6” should not be read as a blanket promise that the complete vehicle has been independently certified for every attack scenario. The available material does not include independent armor validation, detailed test limits or a hands-on inspection.

How does it compare with a 2025 Cadillac Escalade?
Cadillac’s 2025 North American Escalade is a useful dated baseline, but it is not a like-for-like quote or a current 2026 price. General Motors announced a $89,590 starting MSRP including destination, excluding taxes, title, license and dealer fees; dealers set the final selling price. The release lists a standard 420-hp 6.2L V8, seating for up to eight and standard Super Cruise. Details are in the GM/Cadillac announcement.

Cadillac lead designer Vicente Beire said the 2025 Escalade is “about being bold, arriving with style, and making a statement.” Chief engineer Martin Hayes described its technology as “the best technology of what Cadillac has to offer.” Those statements explain the Escalade’s own positioning; they do not describe the Rezvani conversion.

Who is the Vengeance actually for?
- Buyers prioritizing exclusivity: The Vengeance’s value proposition is its rare, customized appearance and factory personalization rather than ordinary Escalade practicality.
- Clients with a defined security requirement: The available protection equipment may justify the concept, but a buyer should request current specifications, protection standards, coverage limitations, weight changes and certification documents in writing.
- Luxury-SUV shoppers seeking mainstream support: The Cadillac offers a much lower published entry price, broad dealer infrastructure and a clearly documented 2025 specification; it is the more conventional choice.
There is no reliable product-specific evidence here for current transaction pricing, maintenance costs, resale value, reliability, order timing or regional availability. Those questions require a direct, current quote from Rezvani or an authorized seller.
Can you buy an armored Vengeance?
Rezvani publicly presents armored and security configurations, so an armored Vengeance is a manufacturer-offered concept. Whether a particular package can be ordered in your region, with your desired seating and equipment, depends on current production and legal requirements. Ask for a written build sheet that identifies the armor level, glass specification, affected windows, run-flat system, suspension changes, gross-weight implications, warranty treatment and delivery terms.
Do not assume generic Escalade accessories, replacement parts or armor-related products fit the Vengeance. Its bespoke body and equipment combinations make compatibility a vehicle-specific question.
Bottom line for the Escalade joke
The Vengeance is not “just an Escalade.” It is an Escalade-related luxury SUV with Rezvani styling, seven-seat packaging and optional security hardware, starting at $285,000 on Rezvani’s current listing. The dated $459,750 and $611,500 configuration totals show how quickly options can change the bill, while the armor claims remain manufacturer descriptions rather than independently verified protection results.
