There is no current, verified ranking of the 25 Premier League players with the most expensive cars. The clearest like-for-like comparison available is Auto Trader’s 2024 sample of cars associated with 20 players, using average listings for two-year-old models—not valuations of the players’ individual cars. In that comparison, Marcus Rashford’s Rolls-Royce Cullinan Blue Shadow had the highest model-level average listing, at £328,355.
What the available ranking actually measures
Auto Trader’s February 2024 comparison paired cars associated with its top 20 players by transfer value and compared average used listings for two-year-old versions of those models. Its figures are market proxies: they do not establish what a player paid, the value of a specific car, or whether the exact vehicle had bespoke options. The player-value order and car-value order are separate measures. Auto Trader’s comparison gives the method and sample context.
That distinction matters if the question is which players own the most expensive cars. A model’s average listing can be compared consistently within the study, but it cannot by itself prove ownership or rank every individual car in the league. The available material does not support a defensible top 25.
The strongest like-for-like figures in Auto Trader’s 2024 sample
| Player and associated model | Figure | What it represents |
|---|---|---|
| Marcus Rashford — Rolls-Royce Cullinan Blue Shadow | £328,355 | Auto Trader’s average listing for a two-year-old model in its 2024 comparison; not an appraisal of Rashford’s individual vehicle. |
| Erling Haaland — Audi RS6 Avant | £82,013 | Auto Trader’s average listing for a two-year-old model in its 2024 comparison; joint eighth by average car value in that sample, although Haaland ranked first in the player-value order. |
These are useful comparisons because they use the same stated basis and date. They should not be presented as purchase prices or exact current values. The source describes a top-20 player sample, so it does not provide 25 ranked players or a league-wide ownership census.

Which cars and brands appeared most often?
Within Auto Trader’s 2024 featured sample, the Range Rover Sport was associated with three players, while Mercedes was the most represented brand, with six. Those counts describe that feature’s sample—not all Premier League players. Auto Trader’s January feature also includes marketplace sale listings, including cars associated with former players; those listings are not part of the same thing as a ranking of cars owned by the top-20 comparison players. The feature provides that separate marketplace context.
Haaland’s reported collection: a different kind of estimate
A REREV page updated August 17, 2026 estimates Erling Haaland’s reported collection at $12.1 million and lists ten cars. Its listed estimates include a Bugatti Tourbillon at $5 million, a Mercedes-AMG One at $3.3 million, a Ferrari Monza SP2 at $1.8 million, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan at $432,000 and a Ferrari 296 GTB at $340,000. These are REREV’s secondary estimates and reported collection details, not independently verified transaction prices or confirmed appraisals of the specific cars. REREV’s collection page is the source for its figures.

Earlier, Goal described the Ferrari Monza SP2 as Haaland’s most expensive car and reported a value of £1.4 million/$1.8 million. That claim predates REREV’s Tourbillon estimate, which is higher. The two reports use different dates and secondary reporting; neither, on the evidence available, establishes a definitive current ranking of Haaland’s cars. Goal’s feature gives its earlier account.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. Why a definitive top 25 would be misleading
- Ownership is not the same as association. A car reported at a training ground, attributed to a player, or included in a collection article is not necessarily supported by a primary ownership record.
- Prices measure different things. Average used listings, reported purchase prices, original prices and editorial estimates are not interchangeable.
- Currency and dates matter. Converting pounds and dollars without a shared valuation date does not create a consistent ranking.
- Models and variants differ. A standard model, a limited edition and a bespoke specification can have substantially different prices; a model-level average does not capture an individual car’s exact specification.
- League membership changes. Any list of current players needs a clear season or publication date, and the sources here do not establish a complete, current 25-player set.
For a meaningful ranking, each entry would need dated evidence of the player’s ownership or use, the exact model and variant, and a clearly identified price basis. Without those common rules, combining reported collections with used-market listings gives a false sense of precision.
