It is not a motorhome: you still need a separate tow vehicle rated for the trailer’s 6,800-pound gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR). Pebble’s current website says it is “Now Delivering Nationwide,” but buyers should confirm the current price, configuration and delivery terms directly with the company.
What is the Pebble Flow?
The Flow is a towable living space, not a self-driving or self-propelled motorhome. Pebble’s pitch is to combine an electric trailer power system with software-controlled features that assist with towing and campsite setup. The company introduced the concept in 2023 and showed a production-intent version in January 2025; its current product page now says nationwide delivery is available. That is Pebble’s statement, not independent confirmation of delivery experience. Pebble Flow product page
The “digital nomad” angle rests on three things: an interior intended to support work and sleep, power for appliances and devices, and Starlink readiness for internet access where service is available. Pebble’s 2023 introduction described a Murphy bed that converts into a desk. The current product page describes a convertible workspace; prospective buyers should confirm the exact layout and equipment in the configuration they order. Pebble’s 2023 introduction
How the electric power system works
Pebble currently lists a 45 kWh battery and up to 4 kW of solar capability. Its FAQ says the battery can charge from 120-volt or 240-volt outlets, campground 30A or 50A shore power, public Level 2 J1772 charging, and CCS1 DC fast charging. Pebble says a DC fast-charge session from 20% to 80% takes about 30 minutes. These are manufacturer specifications and estimates, not independently measured results.

The battery and solar setup may make the trailer more flexible at campsites without hookups, but the available information does not establish how many days a particular household can stay off-grid. Actual use depends on weather, solar exposure, appliances, climate control, occupancy and charging access. Pebble’s claims about self-powered operation or reduced towing impact should not be treated as independently verified performance figures.
Can I charge the Pebble Flow’s battery at public EV stations?
Pebble says the Flow supports public Level 2 J1772 and CCS1 DC fast charging. Its stated 20%-to-80% DC charging time is about 30 minutes. Before relying on a public station for a trip, verify connector access, station rules for trailers, and whether the charging location has room for the trailer and tow vehicle; compatibility of the charging standard does not guarantee that every site is practical to use.

What the towing and campsite automation does
Pebble describes Easy Tow as two electric motors that power the trailer wheels to assist while towing. Magic Hitch is intended to automate alignment and coupling, while InstaCamp automates leveling and step deployment. The company also describes remote and app controls. These functions can reduce some setup work, but the trailer remains subject to ordinary towing limits and safe-driving requirements.
Can my current vehicle safely tow the Pebble Flow?
Pebble lists a 6,800-pound GVWR and recommends a tow vehicle rated to tow at least 6,800 pounds. The trailer’s powered axle does not replace the tow vehicle’s responsibility for braking, cornering and control. Check the tow rating for your specific vehicle, its payload and hitch limits, the trailer’s loaded weight, and applicable local towing requirements. Consult the vehicle and trailer documentation before deciding that a particular configuration is suitable. Pebble’s current towing guidance

Water capacity and practical trip planning
Pebble lists 40 gallons of fresh water, 37 gallons of grey water and 18 gallons of black water. Tank capacity alone cannot determine how long a trip can go between refills or dump stations: consumption varies with the number of people, shower and cooking habits, and campground facilities. Plan stops around actual use rather than treating the listed capacities as a fixed number of days.

At that time, first deliveries were expected in spring 2025; that forecast has been superseded by the current page’s nationwide-delivery statement.
