The interior bed could change between a single sleeping surface, an L-shaped sofa and a double bed; the tent added a separate sleeping space above the van. New Atlas reported the build in 2020, so it should be understood as a show vehicle—not as a confirmed current model for sale.
What Outclass built from the Suzuki Every
Tokushima-based Outclass Cars based the camper on a Suzuki Every microvan. New Atlas reported that it had appeared in 2019 and was revised for a showing at the Tokyo Auto Salon in January 2020. Its compact footprint—about 3.4 m (134 in), according to New Atlas’s April 14, 2020 feature—was central to the design: the build added sleeping and gear-carrying options without changing the basic idea of a small van.
The report does not give interior measurements, bed dimensions, payload, or ground clearance. It also does not present a controlled off-road test, so the listed equipment describes the conversion rather than proving a particular level of trail performance.
How the small cabin becomes a sleeping and living space
Convertible rear bed
The upholstered bed folded over the rear seats and could be arranged as a single sleeping surface or an L-shaped sofa, then extended into a double bed. That conversion gives the same rear area more than one use, though the feature does not state the platform’s measurements or how much room remains for luggage in each arrangement.

Crossbars for cabin gear

Paired with two places in the interior bed, this made a stated four-person sleeping setup in the demonstrated configuration. Off-road hardware reported on the show vehicle
New Atlas described adjustable off-road suspension, Maxxis Buckshot Mudder tires, skid plates, ruggedized bumpers, a winch, tubular steps, and a rear carrier for a spare tire and jerry can. The tire name is the only specific component brand provided; the article does not identify the tire size or most other component models.
