What is the Odysse Snap range?
The manufacturer’s mode-specific listing is 105 km in Economic, 85 km in City and 75 km in Sports. In other words, the 75 km and 105 km figures are the two ends of the same published range, not two separate battery options. The separate vehicle page summarizes the span as “75–105 km.”

Economic mode
Economic is the mode associated with the highest listed distance. It is the figure to use when you are comparing the Snap with a daily route and want the manufacturer’s most efficiency-oriented claim. It should not be treated as a guaranteed distance for every rider or journey: the pages do not state the speed profile, rider mass, temperature, terrain, traffic, tyre pressure, payload or test procedure behind the number.
City mode
City mode sits between the two endpoints in Odysse’s table. Stop-and-go traffic, frequent acceleration, hills and carrying a passenger can all change energy use, but Odysse does not publish controlled conditions for this mode. Sports mode

- Rider and cargo weight.
- Ambient temperature and battery temperature.
- Tyre pressure and tyre condition.
- Traffic, stops and time spent idling.
- Battery age, storage history and state of charge at departure.
Because those conditions are not supplied with the mode figures, avoid converting the 105 km claim into a guaranteed one-way route. A sensible purchase check is to compare your regular round trip with the lowest published mode figure and leave additional margin for weather, detours and battery ageing.
How long does the Odysse Snap take to charge?
Odysse lists a four-hour charging time for the Snap’s 60 V, 30 Ah portable Li-ion (LFP) battery. That is the manufacturer’s stated charging duration, not an independently timed result. The page does not specify the starting state of charge, ambient temperature, charger output, or whether four hours describes a full charge from empty under particular conditions.
For planning, treat four hours as the published full-charge estimate and allow extra time if the battery is not in the conditions assumed by Odysse. Ask the dealer whether the figure applies to the exact battery and charger supplied with the scooter, and whether the charger is included in the sale.

The product page describes the battery’s utility as “Portable,” and the vehicle page describes a portable/swappable battery. Odysse also says the Snap is available with Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS). Those descriptions indicate that the battery is intended to be removable rather than permanently fixed in the scooter, but the captured pages do not establish that every configuration or locality has identical hardware or BaaS terms.

Before ordering, confirm which battery arrangement is included, whether a BaaS contract is optional or required for your transaction, who owns the battery, where it may be charged, and what happens if you move or sell the scooter. Get those points in writing because availability and commercial terms can vary by market and may change.
Charging questions to settle at handover
The official specification gives the battery chemistry, voltage, capacity and listed time, but not a complete charging guide. Have the dealership confirm:
- The exact charger model and its compatibility with the supplied 60 V, 30 Ah LFP battery.
- Whether the four-hour figure is a full-charge estimate and from what starting state.
- Any required ventilation, temperature or indoor-use limits.
- How the battery should be stored when the scooter is unused.
- What warning lights or charger indicators mean and whom to contact if charging stops early.

Odysse groups the battery and motor under a limit of three years or 40,000 km, whichever is earlier. The earlier-of wording is important: the time and distance limits run together, and reaching either limit ends the stated coverage.

How “whichever comes first” works
If a high-mileage user reaches 40,000 km after two years, the published battery and motor limit would be reached before the three-year point. If a low-mileage user remains below 40,000 km, the three-year limit would end the battery and motor period. The one-year/40,000-km rule for the listed ancillary parts works the same way, with the shorter time limit.
What the published table does not answer
The product-page table is not a complete warranty contract. The retrieved material does not set out exclusions, the claim procedure, labour or transport arrangements, proof-of-service requirements, or a battery-health/degradation threshold. - Keep the purchase record. Save the invoice, delivery odometer reading, battery serial information and the written specification in case a claim is needed.
How to use the specifications for daily planning
Start with the lowest published range, not the best-case Economic figure, when deciding whether the Snap fits a recurring route. Compare your complete round trip, including likely detours, with that conservative baseline. If your route is close to the published limit, plan a charging opportunity rather than assuming the scooter can return after an unexpected diversion.
