Cross-play is available across PC, PS4, and Xbox One. EA announced it in June 2020 and called that release the game’s final update. That statement does not establish that online services have shut down. EA’s cross-play support page says players can enable or disable cross-play; opting out limits races to players on the same system. Players on different platforms cannot join the same Crew or share community wraps and screenshots.
What the Deluxe Edition adds
The Deluxe Edition adds digital bonuses rather than a different racing loop. Steam lists these inclusions:

- Three additional K.S. cars that unlock through progression.
- Four outfits.
- 5% REP and BANK rewards.
