There is no single electrical-system diagram that applies to every Ford Fiesta. To find a usable reference, match it to your car’s model year and build date, market, engine, body style, and trim. A fuse-box map can help locate fuses, but it is not a complete wiring schematic.
Identify your Fiesta before choosing a diagram
Start with the vehicle’s year and, where available, its production or build date. Then check the market or region, engine, trim, and body style. Those details matter because manuals can cover different configurations, and even owner-manual editions for the same model year may be divided by build-date window.
Ford’s UK page for the 2019 Fiesta (identified there as the 2017 generation) offers separate owner-manual editions for vehicles built 16 April–26 August 2018 and 27 August 2018–27 January 2019. Those are examples of Ford’s date-specific coverage, not universal cutoffs for every market or Fiesta generation. Check Ford UK’s 2019 Fiesta owner-manual listings, and use the manual applicable to your own vehicle.
- Model year and production or build date
- Country or market
- Engine and trim
- Body style, such as hatchback or sedan
- Whether you need fuse locations, a complete circuit schematic, or one subsystem’s diagram
Fuse-box layout or full wiring schematic?
Choose a reference according to the job. Ford’s Fiesta owner-manual fuse-box page identifies an engine-compartment fuse box and describes the passenger-compartment fuse box as being behind the glove compartment. It is useful for locating fuse boxes; it should not be mistaken for a complete diagram of circuit paths, connectors, and components.

A wiring-diagram manual is the more appropriate reference for tracing a circuit or understanding how electrical components connect. A retailer’s listing for a 2017 Fiesta wiring manual describes coverage including schematics, circuit protection, charging, power distribution, component testing, connector faces, component locations, harnessing, and repair-location codes. The listing says it is approximately 550 pages; that is the retailer’s description, not an independent page-by-page verification. Its stated coverage is Fiesta S, SE, Titanium, and ST, sedan and hatchback, with specified engines. Review the listing’s exact vehicle coverage before relying on it.
How to read a Fiesta wiring diagram
A diagram is more than a picture of wires. An indexed excerpt from a 2008.75 Fiesta workshop manual describes callouts for circuit code, wire insulation specification and diameter, component name, connector code, wire-color code, and harness code. Together, these labels help identify where a circuit runs and how its components and connectors relate.
Rank #2
Use the legend belonging to the exact manual and vehicle configuration. Do not infer a pinout, wire color, circuit path, or fuse rating from a diagram for a different year or variant. The cited excerpt is available as a 2008.75 workshop-manual wiring detail; it illustrates diagram conventions, not a universal Fiesta pinout.

- Check the original owner’s manual. Use it for owner-level information such as fuse-box locations and consult the edition supplied with the vehicle when possible.
- Match an online Ford manual by vehicle and build date. Ford notes that its online manual view contains the latest information and may vary slightly from the printed manual supplied with the car. Ford says: “Please consider the Owner’s Manual originally provided with your vehicle as the primary source of information for your vehicle.”
- For circuit tracing, verify a wiring-manual listing’s stated fit. Confirm year, market, engine, trim, and body style against your vehicle rather than relying on “Ford Fiesta” alone.
For example, a secondary listing describes a diagnostic electrical wiring-diagram manual for the 2002–2008 Fiesta series. That range is a reminder to qualify the year; the listing is not Ford’s official access channel. See the listing’s stated 2002–2008 range.
