A 71-year-old motorcyclist died after his Harley-Davidson left Brookton Highway and struck a tree in Jelcobine, near Brookton, Western Australia, on 2 October 2022. The cause of the crash and any later investigation findings were not reported.

Has the cause of the crash been established?
