Motormall 3 was unveiled in Wangara at a VIP grand opening on September 13, 2025, according to PerthNow. The event welcomed more than 250 guests, while the dealership now operates as Motormall’s prestige and performance terminal at 65 Prindiville Drive.
What happened at Motormall 3’s grand opening?
PerthNow reporter Zach Margolius reported that the grand opening took place on September 13, 2025. The September 17 report described a black-tie event with a red carpet, a live DJ set and stunts by Nitro Circus riders. PerthNow said upwards of 250 guests attended.
The event featured an impressive collection of supercars and rare cars, but the report did not identify individual makes or models. Motormall’s current descriptions of its vehicle offerings should not be read as a record of the cars displayed that night.
What is Motormall Terminal 3?
Motormall’s current website identifies Terminal 3 as its specialist prestige and performance dealership in Wangara. The company describes its selection as including luxury and performance vehicles, premium European marques, enthusiast cars and select supercars. It also lists vehicle finance and trade-ins among the services available.

What PerthNow reported about Motormall’s growth
PerthNow’s 2025 opening report said Motormall had been launched three years earlier by the five Sewell brothers. It reported that the company had more than 80 staff and over 850 cars in stock at the time. Those are figures attributed to the 2025 news report, not independently audited or confirmed current totals.
The same report said the brothers planned to grow the business to 8–10 dealerships within five years. That was a stated ambition, not evidence that the target has since been reached.
