Morelle currently says the bike is coming in Q1 2027, with an expected starting MSRP around $3,000.
What Morelle claims about charging
Morelle attributes the fast charge to its proprietary silicon-anode battery technology and fast chargers, which it says plug into a standard wall outlet. Its product page advertises a full charge in under about 15 minutes. The page does not publish a charge curve or specify test conditions, including the starting battery level or temperature, so the claim does not establish how long a partial recharge would take in everyday use. Morelle’s product page presents the figures as company specifications.

In July 2025, New Atlas reported that Morelle described charging power of 1,000–1,200 W for the M2 and more than 1,500 W for the M3. Those are reported company figures, not independent measurements; the current product page does not provide a complete charger specification.
Has the 15-minute claim been independently verified?
No independent production-unit test results were located in the reviewed sources. A July 2026 report by La Razón said independent tests of the under-15-minute claim had not been published as of its article. That leaves the performance claim unconfirmed publicly; it does not establish that the bike cannot meet its target.

Morelle’s current product-page figures should take precedence over older reporting where they differ. New Atlas’s July 2025 article described earlier company materials citing 1,000 cycles and noted that a full specification sheet had not yet been released. Do not treat that older cycle figure as the current claim.
Price and release timing
Morelle currently lists the bike as “Coming Q1 2027” and says the expected starting MSRP is around $3,000. These are company-stated timing and price expectations, not confirmation that deliveries or final pricing are fixed. Earlier reports named a Q1 2026 target: New Atlas in July 2025 and Bicycle Retailer and Industry News in March 2025. Those dates are historical; the current manufacturer statement is Q1 2027.

What to check before comparing it with other e-bikes
A short advertised charge time is only useful as a comparison when the test setup and equipment are clear. Before treating Morelle’s figures as directly comparable with another bike, look for:
