Yes, Mitsubishi Mirage parts and dealer service remain obtainable, but availability is not unlimited or identical in every market. For U.S. owners, Mitsubishi Motors North America maintains a Mirage-specific official parts catalog with model-year navigation and separate maintenance, replacement and accessory categories. Its official parts store advertises VIN-based fitment checking. The catalog provides a route to identify parts; it does not promise that a selected item is physically stocked at your nearest dealer.
Current stock, prices, shipping and fitment can change. Confirm those details before paying, especially for an older car or a part needed urgently.
What Mitsubishi’s 10-year parts statement actually means
Mitsubishi Motors Canada says it “continues to produce replacement parts and maintenance items for the Mirage, typically for 10 years after the model’s release.” The statement is useful for planning, but its limits matter:

Will a Mitsubishi dealer still service a discontinued Mirage?
Mitsubishi Canada’s owner FAQ says a Mirage can still be brought to any Mitsubishi dealership for sales, service, maintenance and ownership support. The same Canadian source says the original warranty remains in force according to its original terms. Check your own warranty booklet and the terms for your market; ending production does not rewrite the coverage that applied when the vehicle was sold.
Dealer capability and scheduling still vary. Before making an appointment, describe the symptom, provide the VIN and ask whether the required diagnostic equipment and part are available. For routine maintenance, an independent repair shop may also be suitable, provided it uses the correct specifications and has the appropriate service information.
What to do when a listing exists but the part is unavailable
The catalog says “available,” but the dealer cannot find it
Ask whether “available” means listed in the catalog, available from a central warehouse or physically on hand. Request a stock check at other dealerships and a written back-order estimate. If the date is uncertain, do not authorize labor that depends on the part arriving.

Have a dealer check for a superseding number, revised assembly or repair kit. Some components are supplied only as a complete assembly, while others may require separate seals, fasteners or programming. Do not substitute based solely on similar dimensions.

Send the seller your VIN and ask for written confirmation of fitment and return eligibility before ordering. Clarify who pays return shipping if the part is cataloged incorrectly and whether an opened electrical component can be returned.

Pause the purchase if the listing lacks a recognizable part number, technical specifications or a clear warranty. Use a qualified technician for diagnosis and installation rather than inferring a repair from a generic parts page.
