The most expensive Koenigsegg with a widely reported purchase price is the CCXR Trevita, at approximately $4.8 million. The strongest documented public-auction result belongs to the Koenigsegg One:1, which sold for $4,617,811 at a 2019 charity auction. Those are different records: the Trevita figure is a reported purchase price, while the One:1 number is a completed auction result.
That distinction matters because Koenigsegg does not publish a complete historical price list, many transactions are private, and an auction estimate or dealer asking price is not the same as money actually paid. The ranking below therefore separates reported purchases, launch prices, period estimates, and completed sales rather than pretending they form one perfectly comparable list.

How expensive is the most expensive Koenigsegg?
Using the best publicly documented figures available, the answer is approximately $4.8 million for a CCXR Trevita. The figure was reported in connection with Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s 2015 purchase, with The Washington Post reproducing the $4.8 million amount he stated. It is best described as a reported purchase price, not a verified factory invoice, independent appraisal, or current resale value.
The One:1 has the cleaner auction record. One example sold for $4,617,811 at a 2019 charity auction. Because that was a completed public sale, it is the most defensible auction-result figure in this group, but its provenance and charitable-sale context may have affected the result.

Sadair’s Spear is not assigned a price rank because the researched official material confirms its specifications and 30-car production run but does not publish a price.
1. Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita: approximately $4.8 million
The CCXR Trevita is the clearest candidate for Koenigsegg’s highest reported purchase price. The approximately $4.8 million figure comes from reporting on Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s purchase and should not be confused with a published universal list price for every Trevita.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
The car’s rarity supports its exceptional value. Koenigsegg’s official model information says that only two Trevitas were produced. That makes the model considerably scarcer than even the company’s limited-run modern megacars.
The Trevita’s visual carbon treatment is also more than a cosmetic trim package. Koenigsegg developed a proprietary process that gives the normally dark carbon-fiber bodywork a silvery-white appearance with a visible diamond-like weave. The model also features a double carbon-fiber rear wing, carbon-ceramic brakes, and a hydraulic lift system.
Those features help explain why the Trevita commands a premium, but they do not prove that every example would trade for $4.8 million today. Condition, mileage, ownership history, specification, location, taxes, and the private nature of the transaction can all materially change the value.
Best way to quote the Trevita: “The CCXR Trevita has the highest widely reported Koenigsegg purchase price, at approximately $4.8 million.” Avoid calling that number a verified current market value or official MSRP.
2. Koenigsegg One:1: $4,617,811 at auction
The Koenigsegg One:1 holds the strongest documented public-auction result in the researched group. The Drive reported that one of the customer cars sold for a $4,617,811 hammer price at a 2019 charity auction.
The car had unusual provenance: it had been confiscated from the son of Equatorial Guinea’s president before being sold through the charity auction. That history, together with the charitable purpose of the event, means the result should not automatically be treated as a normal, representative One:1 retail-market transaction.

Koenigsegg built the One:1 around a nominal one-to-one relationship between power and weight. The company describes it as a 1-megawatt megacar with a 1:1 power-to-weight specification. Its official production count is seven cars: six customer cars and one factory development car.
Older auction catalog material placed the One:1’s new price at approximately $2.85 million. That is useful historical context, but it is not a current valuation. The 2019 auction result shows what a specific car achieved under specific circumstances, not what every One:1 should cost.
The 2026 One:1 offer: a warning about estimates
A separate 2015 One:1, chassis 7108, was offered at RM Sotheby’s Tegernsee in July 2026 with an estimate of €8 million–€10 million. Results reporting indicated that bidding reached approximately €8 million, but the bid was not accepted and the car did not sell.
That makes the listing evidence of ambitious market expectations, not a realized sale. It should not be added to a ranking of completed transactions, and it should not be described as proof that a One:1 is worth €8 million or more.
3. Koenigsegg CC850: $3.65 million launch price
Bloomberg reported a $3.65 million launch price for the CC850 when Koenigsegg unveiled it in 2022. That makes it one of the most expensive clearly documented new-production Koenigsegg models, although the figure is a launch-price report rather than a public resale result.
Koenigsegg limited the CC850 to 70 vehicles. It combines a reported 1,385 horsepower with a 1,385-kilogram specification, creating the model’s nominal 1:1 power-to-weight identity.
The Tool Desk
Outbyte PC Repair FREERepair Windows errors before they cause bigger problemsFix Now →Outbyte Driver Updater FREEScan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minuteDriver Scan →Its defining technical feature is the Engage Shift System. The system can provide a gated manual-style driving experience with a clutch pedal and conventional shift pattern, while also allowing automatic operation. That makes the CC850 unusual even within Koenigsegg’s lineup: it is not simply a high-output successor to an existing model, but a modern hypercar built around the theatre and involvement of a manual transmission.
The CC850’s 70-car production run is tiny by ordinary automotive standards, but it is less scarce than the two-car Trevita or the seven-car One:1. That difference is one reason production volume must be considered alongside price when comparing Koenigseggs.
4. Koenigsegg Jesko and Jesko Absolut: about $3 million before options
The Jesko was widely reported at approximately $3 million, and period coverage described its 125-car program as sold out at a price close to that amount. This should be treated as an approximate base or period price rather than a current universal transaction figure.

The Jesko family includes the track-focused Jesko Attack and the lower-drag Jesko Absolut. Koenigsegg’s official material describes the Absolut as the high-speed, reduced-drag version of the family. The manufacturer’s cited pages do not provide a current consumer configurator price, so it is safer to quote the approximately $3 million period figure than to imply that every customer car carries the same price.

Specification can make a substantial difference. A period report on one highly optioned customer configuration put that individual build above $4 million. That is evidence of how options and personalization can affect a Jesko’s price, not a standard Jesko MSRP.
A more affordable way to own a Jesko-inspired object
A full-size Jesko is inaccessible to almost everyone, but the official LEGO Technic Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut set 42173 offers a much less expensive connection to the model. LEGO lists the U.S. price at $49.99 for an 801-piece set with features including a working V8 engine, differential, steering, and the Jesko’s distinctive door mechanism. It is a model kit, not an automobile or an investment substitute for a real Koenigsegg.
5. Koenigsegg Agera RS: approximately $2 million–$2.5 million when new
Koenigsegg’s official model page says the company handcrafted only 25 Agera RS examples between 2015 and 2018. Contemporary reporting and market references generally placed the model in the low-$2-million range, often approximately $2 million–$2.5 million when new.
There is no single definitive official original MSRP in the researched material, so the range should be presented as period reporting rather than a precise factory price. A private asking price for an Agera RS is also not proof of what the car eventually sold for.
The Agera RS remains one of Koenigsegg’s most important collector cars. It incorporated technology developed through the One:1 program, and Koenigsegg says an Agera RS achieved a 446.97 km/h public-road speed record in Nevada in November 2017. Performance history, rarity, specification, and chassis provenance can all create large differences between individual cars.
Why the Agera RSR result should not be generalized
A highly rare Agera RSR specification reached $3.38 million at a documented RM Sotheby’s sale in 2024. That is valuable collector-market evidence, but the Agera RSR is a special Agera RS-related specification. The result should not be presented as the ordinary value of all 25 Agera RS cars.
6. Koenigsegg Regera: approximately $1.9 million
Car and Driver listed the Regera at an estimated $1.9 million starting price. Koenigsegg produced only 80 Regeras, making it extremely rare even though it is comparatively plentiful beside the Trevita and One:1.
The Regera’s powertrain is central to its identity. Koenigsegg describes a 1,500-horsepower hybrid system using three electric motors, an 800-volt battery, and the company’s Koenigsegg Direct Drive system instead of a conventional multi-speed gearbox.
The model therefore occupies an interesting position in the lineup. Its original reported price is below the Trevita, One:1, CC850, and Jesko, but its technology and limited production still place it firmly in the megacar category. An individual Regera with low mileage, desirable options, excellent provenance, or a favorable market could command more than its original period estimate.

7. Koenigsegg Gemera: approximately $1.7 million initially
The Gemera was initially reported at approximately $1.7 million. Later discussions of V8-powered or highly specified versions introduced higher potential prices, which makes a simple comparison difficult.
Koenigsegg’s official description positions the Gemera as a four-seat megacar: a car designed to let more than one or two occupants share the hypercar experience. That practical mission distinguishes it from the company’s two-seat, track-oriented models.
The powertrain and production details evolved after the Gemera was first announced. As a result, any serious price comparison should identify the date and configuration. The initial reported figure should not be placed beside the price of a later V8 customer specification as though they were identical products. The researched material does not establish one definitive current U.S. list price for every Gemera configuration.

Koenigsegg introduced Sadair’s Spear in 2025 as a road-legal, track-focused megacar limited to only 30 units. Its official specifications include 1,300 horsepower on gasoline, 1,625 horsepower on E85, a 1,385-kilogram curb weight, and a 360-km/h top speed.
Despite those specifications and its extreme rarity, the researched official material does not state a public price. It would be misleading to insert an internet rumor, a dealer asking price, or an unsupported estimate into the ranking. Sadair’s Spear may ultimately prove to be one of Koenigsegg’s most expensive cars, but it cannot be ranked responsibly until an official list price or reliable completed transaction is documented.
A collector alternative: the Sadair’s Spear model
For collectors who want a physical representation of the newest Koenigsegg, the official LEGO Technic Sadair’s Spear set 42232 is a more attainable option. LEGO lists it at $449.99 and gives it 4,104 pieces. Like the Jesko set, it is a display and building model—not evidence of the full-size car’s price, availability, or investment value.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What actually determines the price of a Koenigsegg?
1. Production volume
Rarity is the obvious factor, but the differences are dramatic even within Koenigsegg’s already limited production. The Trevita has two examples, the One:1 has seven total, the Agera RS has 25, Sadair’s Spear has 30 planned units, the CC850 has 70, and the Regera has 80. A lower original price does not automatically mean a car is less desirable, but a smaller production run can make exceptional examples much harder to replace.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Fix the driver behind crashes, sound loss and screen glitches3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems2. Provenance and chassis history
A famous owner, a significant speed record, an unusual factory specification, or a documented connection to a major event can add value. The One:1’s 2019 charity result demonstrates the point: the car’s rarity was combined with confiscation provenance and a charitable auction context.
3. Factory specification
Koenigsegg buyers often commission highly individual cars. Paint, exposed carbon treatment, interior materials, aerodynamic equipment, wheels, brake hardware, and other bespoke details can move a car far beyond its approximate base price. A reported Jesko configuration above $4 million illustrates the difference between a starting price and a finished customer build.
4. Condition and usability
Hypercar valuation is not determined by horsepower alone. Mileage, accident history, maintenance records, storage conditions, title status, import and registration requirements, and whether the car can be legally driven in a buyer’s jurisdiction all matter.

5. Transaction type
A charity auction, an ordinary auction, a private sale, a dealer listing, and a manufacturer launch price answer different questions. A hammer price may exclude buyer’s premium, taxes, transport, and other costs. An asking price may never be accepted. A launch price may apply only to a particular market or initial specification.

- Identify the number’s source. Is it from Koenigsegg, an auction house, a completed-results report, a dealer, or an owner?
- Determine whether the car sold. “Offered at,” “estimated at,” and “asking” do not mean “sold for.”
- Check whether it is a base price or a finished specification. A bespoke build can cost substantially more than a model’s starting figure.
- Separate original price from current value. A 2015 purchase price is not a 2026 appraisal.
- Check the exact model and chassis. Agera RS, Agera RSR, Jesko Attack, Jesko Absolut, and a one-off specification should not be treated as interchangeable.
- Check what is included. Auction figures may be hammer prices and may not include the buyer’s premium, taxes, or delivery.
Why there is no definitive all-time Koenigsegg price list
Koenigsegg builds very few cars, and many are sold through private transactions. The company’s official model pages are useful for production counts and technical specifications, but they do not provide a complete historical list of original prices or resale transactions for every model and configuration.
That leaves a mixture of evidence: reported owner purchases, period automotive pricing, auction catalogs, completed auction results, and private asking prices. These sources are not interchangeable. The most responsible answer is therefore a ranked guide to documented price evidence, not a claim that one number represents every Koenigsegg ever sold.
The figures also reflect different years and currencies. No inflation adjustment has been made, and no attempt has been made here to convert euro estimates into dollars. Exchange rates, taxes, import costs, and regional pricing can change the comparison substantially.
At a glance: which Koenigsegg is the most expensive?
- By reported purchase price: CCXR Trevita at approximately $4.8 million.
- By completed public auction: One:1 at $4,617,811.
- By reported modern launch price: CC850 at $3.65 million, followed by the approximately $3 million Jesko.
- By documented special-example auction result: Agera RSR at $3.38 million, though that is not a typical Agera RS price.
- By recent asking expectation rather than sale: a One:1 offered at €8 million–€10 million in 2026, with bidding reportedly reaching about €8 million without a sale.
- Not yet rankable by researched price evidence: Sadair’s Spear.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the CCXR Trevita definitely the most expensive Koenigsegg ever sold?
It is the clearest candidate based on the widely reported approximately $4.8 million purchase price associated with Floyd Mayweather Jr. However, the amount was reported rather than confirmed by a public factory invoice or completed auction record. Private Koenigsegg transactions may be undisclosed.
Did the One:1 advertised for up to €10 million sell?
No. The 2015 One:1 offered at RM Sotheby’s Tegernsee in July 2026 reportedly received bidding of approximately €8 million, but the bid was not accepted. Its €8 million–€10 million estimate describes market expectations, not a completed sale.
Is the $4,617,811 One:1 figure the car’s current value?
Not necessarily. It is a completed 2019 charity-auction result and may reflect the car’s unusual provenance and charitable-sale context. It is strong evidence of what that specific car achieved at that event, not a guaranteed current price for every One:1.
What is the cheapest way to own something connected to these Koenigseggs?
Official LEGO Technic sets provide the most accessible physical alternative discussed here. The Jesko Absolut set 42173 is listed at $49.99 in the United States, while the Sadair’s Spear set 42232 is listed at $449.99. Prices and availability can change, and neither set is a substitute for a full-size car.
The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Koenigsegg’s CCXR Trevita has the highest widely reported purchase price at approximately $4.8 million, while the One:1 has the best documented public-auction result at $4,617,811. The newer CC850 and Jesko sit around the $3-million-plus level before configuration differences, while the Agera RS, Regera, and Gemera occupy lower—but still exceptional—documented price bands. Sadair’s Spear may eventually rank among the most expensive, but its public price has not been verified in the available evidence.
