The available coverage describes four winners entering a drawing to win one of four Kia vehicles and names the Kia EV9 as one of the prizes. It does not provide a complete, textually confirmed list of all four models, so the other vehicles cannot be reliably identified here. Clean Fleet Report’s campaign coverage is the source for the timing and prize details.
How could people enter?

The coverage does not say that buying a Kia improved an entrant’s odds. It also does not establish the full entry terms, so it is not enough to make broader claims about every condition of participation.
