Kia Korea lists features such as a 21.5-inch rear monitor, curtains and rear reading lights, while Kia America’s reviewed 2026 Carnival lineup does not list the Hi Limousine. That makes it unavailable through Kia’s U.S. lineup—not proof that private import is impossible or that a U.S. import could be registered without hurdles.
What makes the Hi Limousine different?
The defining change is its high roof, which gives the Carnival a more spacious-feeling cabin. Kia’s English brochure, dated September 15, 2025, presents the four-seat interior as a private relaxation space. Kia Korea’s current equipment listing adds rear-passenger amenities, including a 21.5-inch rear smart monitor with OTT streaming, wireless mirroring or sharing, and HDMI/USB playback, plus an LTE Wi-Fi router.

Other listed equipment includes built-in air cleaning, rear LED reading lamps, pleated curtains for the sliding-door, quarter and tailgate glass, a dedicated roof LED/ambient light, and upgraded floor mats. Equipment is not universal across every version: Kia’s brochure cautions that specifications can vary with trim, seat count, engine and selected options. Consult the specific configuration rather than assuming every Hi Limousine gets every listed feature. Kia Korea’s Hi Limousine features and configurations and its price and equipment listing show the distinctions.
How much does the Korean-market Hi Limousine cost?
Kia Korea’s price table, dated October 1, 2026, lists the nine-seat, 3.5-liter gasoline Noblesse at KRW 63,270,000. Other examples on Kia’s current configuration page illustrate how much the price changes with powertrain, trim and seating layout:

These are Korean list prices, not U.S. MSRP or estimates of what a vehicle would cost after import. They should not be converted into a U.S. purchase-price comparison without accounting for market differences, taxes, currency, import costs and compliance.
Can you buy the Hi Limousine in the United States?
Kia America’s official 2026 Carnival overview covers the U.S. Carnival MPV and does not identify a Hi Limousine derivative. The Hi Limousine appears instead on Kia Korea’s separate model pages. So, based on those official lineups, Kia does not list the Hi Limousine for sale through its U.S. range.

That market distinction does not settle whether an individual vehicle could be privately imported, what federal compliance requirements might apply, how much an import would cost, or whether it could be registered in a particular state. Those questions require separate, vehicle-specific checks; the U.S. lineup pages do not answer them.

Kia’s Korean-market Carnival Hi-Roof is a separate high-roof line, not simply another name for the Hi Limousine. In a June 15, 2026 announcement, Kia said the Hi-Roof uses a steel roof and stands 270 mm taller overall than the base Carnival, adding headroom for second- and third-row occupants. Its initial configuration offer was nine seats, with seven seats planned for later in 2026; the stated powertrains are 3.5-liter gasoline and 1.6-liter turbo hybrid.

The Hi-Roof figures and planned seating expansion come from Kia’s June 15, 2026 launch announcement. Its lower starting prices are not directly comparable to every Hi Limousine configuration: seating, equipment, trim and powertrain differ.

What to keep in mind when comparing versions
- Check the exact layout. Four-, seven- and nine-seat versions are not interchangeable descriptions of one interior; equipment and prices depend on configuration.
- Separate listed features from standard equipment. Kia’s price page presents different equipment blocks, and its brochure says specifications may vary by trim, seat count, engine and options.
- Keep the market straight. Korean list prices describe Korean configurations. Kia America’s reviewed 2026 lineup does not list the Hi Limousine, and a Korean price is not a U.S. landed-price quote.
