That broad brand-level figure should not automatically be interpreted as a precise percentage for every component of the Super Sport. A waterjet draws water into the propulsion system and expels it at high velocity to generate thrust. Compared with an exposed propeller, a waterjet can be attractive for a shallow-draft recreational craft because there is no conventional propeller spinning beneath the hull.
