The Xiaomi YU7’s cabin is built around a windshield-reflection display, configurable seating and a connected-device ecosystem. Xiaomi also publishes a substantial storage figure, but equipment varies by version, and the company’s specifications are not independent assessments of comfort or usability.
What does the Xiaomi YU7 interior look like?
Xiaomi describes the YU7 cabin as a dual-zone surround design with a clean layout. Its signature feature is the HyperVision panoramic display: three Mini LED panels project information by reflecting it onto the lower part of the windshield. The effect is intended to put key information in the driver’s forward field of view rather than on a conventional dashboard screen.
Xiaomi specifies a display field 1.1 metres wide, 108 pixels per degree (PPD) and peak visible brightness of 1,200 nits. Those are manufacturer specifications; independent assessments of visibility, glare, image quality and day-to-day usability are not established by the available sources. Xiaomi’s 2025 first-quarter report also identifies HyperVision as a feature introduced with the YU7 Series. Xiaomi EV’s YU7 product page · Xiaomi Corporation’s 2025 first-quarter report
How comfortable are the YU7’s seats?
Xiaomi lists reclining front seats with ten-point massage and electrically adjustable rear seats that recline up to 135 degrees. The company cautions that features differ by configuration, so these details should not be taken as standard equipment on every YU7. It also says the zero-gravity seating position is not for use while driving.
