Porsche Design Tower Miami brings residents’ cars unusually close to home: an automated vehicle elevator carries cars to private sky garages connected with residences. The 60-story building is in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, and is an established project—not a new tower announcement.
What is Porsche Design Tower Miami?
Developed with Dezer Development, the tower was Porsche’s first residential real-estate project. Porsche described it as a 60-story building in a 2017 account. A separate floor-plan marketing page lists 132 residences; that figure is a property specification from the page, which shows no publication date.
The building’s defining idea is to treat the car as part of the residential experience, rather than something residents leave in a conventional parking garage.
How the Dezervator and sky garages work
The tower’s automated automobile elevator, called the Dezervator, takes residents’ vehicles up to private sky garages associated with their residences. This is the headline feature: a vehicle can be stored at the home rather than in a separate shared parking area.

Balcony features
Porsche’s 2017 description says almost every unit has a balcony with a plunge pool and an outdoor summer kitchen. “Almost every” matters: the account does not say these features are present in every residence.

What the project’s launch statements do—and don’t—show
At the grand opening, Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, said: “Simply put, there is no other building in the world with the same level of groundbreaking ingenuity and superlative quality as Porsche Design Tower Miami.” That is the developer’s promotional assessment, not a verified comparison with other buildings.
