Eligible participants needed a 16-digit secure control number to join the interactive meeting. This was separate from the public webcast.
Where to find the control number
- Stockholders of record: The number appeared on the Notice of Internet Availability or paper proxy card sent by Computershare.
- Shares held through a broker or bank: The voting instruction form or related broker materials explained the applicable internet or telephone voting process.
- No online or telephone instructions: Tesla directed beneficial owners to complete and return the voting instruction form supplied by their broker.
The historical portal should not be treated as an active way to vote or submit comments in 2026. The meeting and its voting process have already concluded.

Make sure you are entering the 16-digit number from your proxy materials, not your brokerage account number, Tesla account credentials, or another investor ID. Also remember that the portal was intended for eligible shareholders as of April 15, 2024.

I want to vote after watching the replay
The replay is for viewing only and does not provide a way to cast a post-meeting vote. The 2024 voting deadlines and procedures belonged to the original proxy process.
