The race took place at Albert Park in Melbourne on Sunday, March 8, 2026, so there is no live broadcast to join now. To watch it after the event, use the relevant broadcaster’s replay service: Apple TV in the United States, or 10/10 Play, Kayo Sports or Foxtel in Australia.

Apple TV held the exclusive U.S. rights for the 2026 Formula 1 season. That means older advice pointing viewers to ESPN, ESPN+ or the previous standalone U.S. F1 TV Pro arrangement is out of date for this season.

U.S. Apple TV subscribers did not need to buy a separate F1 TV Premium subscription. Apple included F1 TV Premium access with Apple TV, but viewers had to link their Apple Account at F1.com/apple.

Australia: free and paid ways to watch
Network 10 and 10/10 Play
Network 10 showed the 2026 Australian Grand Prix free to air on Channel 10. The race was also streamed free through 10/10 Play. This free-to-air arrangement applied to the Australian Grand Prix; it did not make the entire 2026 F1 calendar free to watch in Australia.

- Watch live TV and access over 800 free channels from Pluto TV, Tubi, and more[3]; if you find an interesting show or movie on your TV, mobile app, or Google search, you can easily add it to your watchlist, so it’s ready when you are[2]
- Up to 4K HDR with Dolby Vision delivers captivating, true-to-life detail[4]; and you can connect speakers that support Dolby Atmos for more immersive 3D sound
For a replay, check the Australian GP listing in the 10/10 Play service. A replay may be listed separately from live coverage, so search for the event rather than only looking for a live channel.
Foxtel and Kayo Sports
Foxtel’s Fox Sports coverage included the live Australian GP and the full session schedule. Kayo Sports carried the Fox Sports feed, including practice, qualifying and the race. The coverage was advertised as live and ad-break-free during the race, with 4K available on eligible plans and devices.
Do not rely on a universal Foxtel channel number. Published guides listed Fox Sports on channel 506 in one guide and 507 in another. The number can vary by guide or package, so use the Fox Sports listing shown on your own Foxtel service.

FAQ
Is the 2026 Australian Grand Prix still live?
No. The race was held at Albert Park on Sunday, March 8, 2026. It is now available only through the relevant broadcaster’s replay or on-demand service.
Who showed F1 in the U.S. in 2026?
Apple TV was the exclusive U.S. broadcaster for the 2026 F1 season, replacing ESPN. It carried practice, qualifying, Sprint sessions and Grand Prix races live and on demand.
Was the 2026 Australian GP free to watch in Australia?
Yes. Network 10 showed the Australian Grand Prix on Channel 10 and streamed it free through 10/10 Play. That free-to-air arrangement applied to the Australian GP, not necessarily every 2026 race.
What channel was Fox Sports on Foxtel for the Australian GP?
Published guides differed, listing channel 506 and 507. Rather than relying on one number, open the Fox Sports listing in your own Foxtel guide because channel numbers can vary by package or guide.
The Bottom Line
The 2026 Australian GP has finished, so viewers should use a replay service rather than look for a live stream. Apple TV is the correct U.S. destination; Australian viewers can check free 10/10 Play or use Kayo Sports and Foxtel for Fox Sports coverage. Avoid older guides that list ESPN as the U.S. broadcaster or claim that Network 10 carried the entire F1 season free to air.
