What you need before making a payment
- Your Kia Finance America account number, or the vehicle identification number (VIN) if you are registering for online access.
- Your date of birth.
- The last four digits of your Social Security number if you need to create or verify the account.
- Your bank-account and routing information for an electronic payment or AutoPay enrollment.
How to make a one-time payment on KiaFinance.com
- Go directly to KiaFinance.com, rather than following an unfamiliar payment link in a search result or message.
- Select Log In and enter your Kia Finance username and password. The official login page provides the username and password fields.
- Open the Payments area of your account.
- Choose the one-time-payment option and enter the requested bank-payment information.
- Select the payment date and enter the amount you want to pay.
- Review the amount, bank details, and scheduled date carefully before submitting.
- Save or print the confirmation number and scheduled-date information.
Kia Finance America says one-time payments can be made through the online account from a home computer or mobile device. After the selected posting date, verify the transaction by signing in, opening Payments, and selecting the View History tab. Do not assume that the payment will appear in history immediately after submission.

How to set up Kia Finance AutoPay
AutoPay automatically debits the monthly payment from a bank account. It can help avoid manually submitting each payment, but review the authorization and payment date before enrolling and keep enough funds available in the account being debited.

The current Kia Finance instructions describe this online route:
- Log in at KiaFinance.com.
- Open the Payment tab.
- Under Make a Payment, choose Set up AutoPay.
- Enter the requested bank-account information and follow the enrollment prompts.
- Review the recurring-payment terms and save the confirmation.
Kia Finance America also lists two alternatives: call (866) 331-5632 during the listed Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. Eastern customer-service hours, or download, complete, and return the official AutoPay Enrollment Form.
Payment posting, cutoff times, and due dates
A payment’s submission date, scheduled date, posting date, online-history date, and bank-account date may not be the same. Kia Finance America’s published guidance says:

- Payments submitted after 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time are posted on the next business day.
- Online payment history can take up to 24 hours after the posting date to display the payment.
- The bank account itself can take 5–7 days to reflect the debit.
Because contract terms, weekends, holidays, and account circumstances can affect whether a payment is timely, do not rely on a last-minute submission or assume that a grace period applies. Schedule the payment early, check the confirmation, and retain it. The Kia Finance account and your contract control the payment due date and any applicable charges.

Use the address that matches your account type and include the payment and remit coupon. If you do not have the coupon, write your account number on the check.

Can you pay the Kia Finance bill with a credit card?
Not directly. Kia Finance America’s official instructions state that a credit card cannot be used to pay the bill directly. The instructions list Visa or Mastercard through Western Union Quick Collect, subject to fees and restrictions. Kia lists (800) 634-3422 for that service. Follow the current payee instructions provided by Western Union or Kia Finance America; do not treat a credit-card transaction as a direct Kia Finance payment.
How to create a Kia Finance online account
If you do not have a KMFUSA/Kia Finance login, select Create an Account from KiaFinance.com. The official registration page asks you to select an account type and provide:
- Your Kia Finance account number or VIN
- Your date of birth
- The last four digits of your Social Security number
Your account number may be on the welcome letter or statement. The VIN is available in the vehicle contract. Enter this information only on the official KiaFinance.com domain, and independently navigate to the site if a text message or email sends you to a different web address.

- Find the confirmation number or other submission record.
- Check the scheduled payment date; it may differ from the date you submitted the payment.
- Wait up to 24 hours after the posting date, since Kia says payment history may be delayed by that amount.
- Check your bank account separately. Kia says the bank-side transaction may take 5–7 days to appear.
- If the payment is still missing, the bank account was debited incorrectly, or the account may become delinquent, contact Kia Finance America through the official website or the appropriate phone channel.
Do not submit a duplicate payment just because the online history is temporarily blank. First verify the scheduled date, confirmation, and bank activity, then contact Kia Finance America if the records do not reconcile.
