The most reliable way to find Ducati bike servicing in India is Ducati India’s live dealer locator. Enter your city or current location, select the Service Authorized filter, open the individual listing, and contact that centre before travelling. The results are location-dependent and can change, so a city list copied from an older article is not a dependable national directory.
Use an authorised Ducati workshop for scheduled maintenance, warranty work and model-specific parts advice. Ducati’s own customer-service guidance says maintenance requires technical experience and strongly recommends using an Authorised Dealer or Authorised Service Centre. The steps below explain how to find one, what to verify, and how India’s published warranty and maintenance-plan rules affect your choice.

Find the nearest authorised Ducati service centre
Ducati’s locator combines sales and service listings. A listing is useful only after you confirm that it is marked for service, rather than assuming every Ducati dealer provides workshop work.
Do these 3 things before closing this tab:
1Clear out junk files and repair common Windows errors2Scan for outdated or missing drivers - takes under a minute3Repair Windows errors before they cause bigger problems- Open the official Ducati India dealer locator.
- Search by your city, postcode or current location. If the browser asks for location permission, allow it only if you want location-based results; you can also type a place manually.
- Apply the Service Authorized filter. This narrows the map and list to locations Ducati identifies as authorised for service.
- Open each nearby result and read the listing itself. Check the displayed address, phone number, email and the service-authorisation label.
- Call or email the centre before setting out. Ask whether it currently accepts your motorcycle’s model and whether an appointment is required. The locator is live; opening hours, staffing and appointment capacity are not guaranteed by a static page.
Save the listing URL and the contact’s name after you confirm the booking. If several results appear, distance is only one factor: a centre that confirms your model, required work and a realistic booking slot is more useful than an unverified pin that happens to be closer.

What to confirm before you travel
Verify service status and contact details
Open the individual listing rather than relying on a map marker. Confirm that it says Service Authorized, then use the listed telephone number or email. Ask the centre to repeat its street address, entrance instructions and current working hours, because Ducati’s pages do not establish current hours for every location.
Describe the job accurately
Tell the adviser the model, model year, odometer reading, registration state, warning lights and whether the request is a scheduled service, breakdown inspection, warranty concern or accessory-related repair. Give the service-history details if you have them. This allows the workshop to check the correct maintenance interval and parts before you arrive.
Ask for an appointment and written estimate
The official pages do not promise a standard turnaround time or appointment availability. Ask what can be diagnosed on the booked date, what documents are needed, whether a deposit applies, and when you will receive an estimate. Request the job card and approval for any additional work before it is performed.
Windows Errors? Fix Them Before They Spread

Random freezes, missing sound and display glitches usually trace back to one bad driver. Find and replace yours safely.Free scan · under a minuteCan you use a Ducati centre in another city?
Yes, you can ask an authorised centre outside the city where you bought the motorcycle to carry out service. Ducati’s warranty guidance focuses on service being performed by an official Ducati workshop, not on matching the workshop to the selling city. The practical decision is whether the destination centre confirms that it supports your model and has the required parts or diagnostic capability.
When travelling between cities, send the centre your VIN or chassis number, current mileage and service history in advance. Ask it to record the work in your service documentation and provide an itemised invoice. Keep copies of the job card, parts descriptions and payment receipt. Those records help another authorised workshop understand what has already been done and give you evidence for a warranty discussion.

Warranty-critical service intervals in India
Ducati’s official warranty page says three conventional-warranty service coupons must be used to maintain continued validity. For most motorcycles covered by the published schedule, the milestones are whichever comes first in each pair:
| Service coupon | Distance milestone | Time milestone | Where it must be performed |
|---|---|---|---|
| First | 1,000 km | 6 months | Official Ducati workshop |
| Second | 12,000 km | 12 months | Official Ducati workshop |
| Third | 24,000 km | 24 months | Official Ducati workshop |
These figures are the milestones published on Ducati’s warranty page, accessed in 2026. The same page specifies different intervals for certain Hypermotard and Hyperstrada models. Your motorcycle’s service booklet and warranty terms take precedence, so check the model-specific schedule before booking.

Do not wait for the exact kilometre figure if the time limit arrives first. Tell the service adviser both the odometer reading and the date of the last coupon so the centre can apply the correct interval.
What happens if an unauthorised workshop services the bike?
Ducati states that its conventional warranty may be forfeited if the motorcycle is repaired or overhauled by an unauthorised workshop or if non-original parts are used. That is a warranty condition, not a claim that every independent mechanic performs poor work. If preserving Ducati warranty coverage matters, have scheduled and warranty-related work done through an authorised Ducati facility and use parts whose compatibility the dealer confirms.
The warranty page also describes the conventional warranty as international and says it transfers to a new owner. Keep the original warranty booklet, service invoices and ownership documents, and ask Ducati or the authorised centre how a transfer is recorded. Consumer rights and the exact wording in your booklet still apply; the published online summary is not a substitute for those documents.

Ducati Protect maintenance plans available in India
Ducati Protect is a periodic-maintenance contract, not a replacement for finding an authorised workshop. Ducati India lists it for the Monster, Diavel V4 and selected Multistrada V4 models. Confirm eligibility with a dealer for your exact model, market specification and purchase date before paying.
| Plan | Published term and distance limit | Scheduled maintenance coverage | Published India prices |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ducati Protect Plus | 2 years or 15,000 km | Scheduled maintenance parts and labour; consumables excluded | Monster ₹25,999; Multistrada V4 ₹29,999; Diavel V4 ₹29,999 |
| Ducati Protect Pro | 4 years or 30,000 km | Scheduled maintenance parts and labour; consumables excluded | Monster ₹68,999; Multistrada V4 ₹52,999; Diavel V4 ₹52,999 |
The terms above and prices are those displayed on Ducati India’s Ducati Protect page when accessed in 2026. Prices and eligibility can change, and the page’s listed model coverage does not mean every year or variant qualifies.
What the plan covers
Ducati describes scheduled-maintenance parts and labour as covered under the contract. Before authorising work, ask the dealer to identify which scheduled operation is being claimed under Ducati Protect and which items will be billed separately.
What it excludes
Consumables are excluded. Ducati specifically names brake pads, clutch plates and tyres. A plan therefore does not make every workshop invoice-free: wear items, damage outside scheduled maintenance and any non-covered operation may still be payable. Have exclusions written on the estimate.
Check whether your contract is active
Give the centre your VIN and contract documents. Ask it to confirm the remaining time and distance allowance, the covered model variant and whether a previous owner has already used an allowance. Do not assume a plan follows the motorcycle without checking the contract terms.

Use genuine, model-compatible parts
Ducati directs owners to authorised dealers for maintenance and parts guidance. Its genuine-parts information does not make one universal part suitable for every Ducati. Compatibility can depend on model, year and equipment, so provide the VIN and ask the service adviser to confirm the exact part number.
For a warranty repair, ask whether the proposed part is a Ducati original part and have that description appear on the job card. Avoid buying a generic substitute solely because its dimensions look similar; a workshop must assess compatibility, fitment and warranty implications.
Example listing: Bengaluru
Ducati’s Bengaluru VST listing is an example of how a locator result is presented, not a complete list of Indian centres. It is labelled Service Authorized and gives the address as Agram Victoria Road, 12, 560047 Bengaluru. The listed email is [email protected]. The page displays opening hours as unavailable, so contact the centre before travelling: view the Bengaluru VST service listing.
Ducati’s maintenance-plan page also shows locations in Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, New Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi and Kolkata, plus a Goa service listing in its dealer table. Those are examples associated with that plan page, not an exhaustive or guaranteed-current service-centre directory. Use the live locator for your own location.

Try a wider search area
Search the nearest major city or state rather than only your neighbourhood. Then open the result and confirm that it is authorised for service. Do not infer that a sales-only listing has a workshop.

Contact Ducati through the listed centre or customer-service channel
If no service-authorised result appears, use Ducati’s customer-service information and ask which current authorised facility supports your model. Keep a screenshot of the search date and the response. Network listings can change, so repeat the search before a future service.
Do not substitute an unauthorised repair for a warranty job
If the motorcycle is immobilised, tell the authorised centre that it is a recovery case and ask about transport instructions. For a non-urgent repair, waiting for an authorised appointment protects your ability to document warranty-compliant maintenance.
Related warranty option: Ducati Ever Red
Ducati Ever Red is an adjacent extended-warranty programme, not a service-centre directory or a replacement for scheduled maintenance. Ducati says it is available through Ducati dealerships in India and adds 24 months of coverage with unlimited mileage, subject to programme terms. Ask a dealer whether your motorcycle qualifies and read the exclusions before purchase: Ducati Ever Red details.

- Previous invoices and job cards, including work done in another city.
