Use Aprilia India’s official service-centre locator to search by your area and obtain the listed centre name, address and phone number. Call that centre before travelling: the online directory does not establish current opening hours, appointment capacity, model coverage or the ability to perform a particular repair.
There is no reliable single “nearest” centre to name without your city or state. Treat the locator as the current starting point, then confirm the practical details directly with the listed workshop.

Find the official Aprilia service centre listing
Open Aprilia India’s service-centre locator. Enter your city, state or locality and review the results shown for that area. The directory is the primary source for Aprilia’s published service-centre names, addresses and telephone numbers, so use those details instead of an unverified map pin, social-media post or old forum listing.
- Open the service-centre page. Start at apriliaindia.com/service-centers.
- Search your location. Try the city and state first; if your locality returns no result, try the nearest major city or another spelling of the area.
- Read the complete entry. Note the centre’s exact name, street address and telephone number as displayed.
- Check the route independently. Verify the address in your navigation app, especially if the listing uses a commercial complex, industrial area or a landmark.
- Call before setting out. Ask whether the workshop is currently operating, handles your exact Aprilia model and can accept the work you need.
The locator is dynamic. Names, addresses and telephone numbers can change, and a listing alone is not proof that the centre is open on the day you plan to visit.

Do not confuse a dealer with a service centre
Aprilia India maintains a separate dealer locator. A dealer or showroom result may represent a sales location, but its appearance in that directory does not prove that servicing is available at the same address. For maintenance or repairs, begin with the service-centre page and use the dealer locator only when you specifically need a showroom or want to check whether a sales outlet is nearby.
If someone sends you a dealer address as the answer to a servicing question, compare it with the service-centre listing. Only the service directory identifies locations Aprilia publishes for service purposes. Even then, confirm by telephone before relying on the entry.

- Model and year: Confirm that the workshop services your exact Aprilia, rather than assuming every listed centre handles every model.
- Type of work: Describe routine servicing, warning lights, accident damage, electrical faults or parts replacement. Ask whether that work is performed at this location.
- Appointment: Ask if a booking is mandatory, how far ahead appointments are running and whether an inspection can be accepted without one.
- Parts: For a repair involving a special component, ask whether the part is in stock or must be ordered and whether the motorcycle can remain at the centre while you wait.
- Time and estimate: Request an indicative completion time and whether the centre will provide a written estimate before chargeable work begins.
- Documents: Ask what is required for a warranty or scheduled-service visit, including proof of purchase, previous service records or registration details.
- Payment and collection: Confirm accepted payment methods, storage rules and the identification needed when collecting the motorcycle.
Record the staff member’s name, the appointment date and any promised parts or documents. If the call cannot establish that the centre is open or suitable for your job, return to the locator and contact another listed location.
Can you book Aprilia servicing online?
An older Aprilia SR owner-manual document describes a booking sequence: choose the vehicle, select the service type, choose a service centre and expected date, then submit the request. It says the service centre calls the owner to confirm. The instructions are useful as documented guidance, but the manual is not a guarantee that today’s website or app has the same screens.
- Select the registered Aprilia vehicle in the current official booking channel, if that option is offered.
- Choose the required service category or describe the concern as accurately as the form allows.
- Select a listed centre and preferred date.
- Submit the request and retain the confirmation or reference shown.
- Wait for the centre’s confirmation call; do not treat a submitted request as a confirmed appointment until the centre accepts it.
For the current interface and availability, follow the links and contact route provided by Aprilia India rather than relying on screenshots or the older manual. If no online booking option appears, call the centre listed for your area and arrange the visit directly.

RS 457 support terms are model-specific
Aprilia India’s RS 457 product page states: “Servicing will be available in the cities where booking is available, with a 3S setup (sales, service, space), providing comprehensive assistance.” This is Aprilia’s description of the RS 457 support arrangement, not an independent assessment of service quality and not a promise that every Aprilia model or every directory entry has the same facilities.

What to take to the appointment
Bring both keys if you have them, the motorcycle’s registration information, the owner’s manual and any previous invoices or service records. For a warning light or intermittent fault, take photographs or a short video showing the dashboard message and note when the problem occurs. Remove personal items and disclose modifications or accessories that could affect diagnosis.
Ask the service adviser to write down the reported symptoms, inspection findings, estimated cost and approval required for additional work. Before leaving, confirm the promised completion time and the best number for updates. These steps create a clear record even when the repair is outside warranty.
If no centre appears for your area
Try the nearest major city or state search in the official directory, then compare the full address and phone details. A blank result does not prove that Aprilia has no support anywhere nearby; it may reflect the search term or a change in the directory. Call a listed centre in the wider area and explain your location before making the journey.

Do not assume that a general motorcycle workshop is authorised merely because it can service motorcycles, and do not infer authorisation from a showroom listing. If your model is under warranty, ask the listed Aprilia centre which location should handle the claim and whether transporting the motorcycle is necessary.
Costs, estimates and warranty expectations
The official locator does not publish a national price list, and the information available here does not establish a uniform labour rate, inspection fee or parts price. Ask for an estimate from the specific centre after it understands your model and requested work. A quoted amount may change if diagnosis reveals an additional fault, so ask when your approval will be requested.
