Is the Honda City 0% markup offer available now?
The available evidence does not establish that the offer reported in 2025 is still open. TechJuice reported financing associated with Bank Alfalah, UBL and Meezan Bank, but its article gives no verifiable current offer dates or terms. TechJuice described a 36-month example with PKR 2,975,360 financed and monthly payments of PKR 102,415. It also reported tenures of three to five years and down payments starting at 30% of the ex-factory price. These are the article’s claims, not verified current bank terms.

For a five-year UBL example on a 1.2L MT, the report gave a PKR 1,394,700 down payment, monthly payments of PKR 85,556 and a PKR 697,350 residual payment at the end of the term. It also described a Meezan Bank Ijarah option with 30% down and a tenure of up to five years. Confirm any final or residual payment, fees, eligibility and delivery conditions directly before comparing these examples with another offer. TechJuice’s report

What does “0% markup” mean for the buyer’s total cost?
The label alone does not show the complete amount a buyer will pay. Before signing, request a written schedule that spells out every amount due and when it is due. Compare the total payable amount—not only the advertised monthly installment—and include:

- Processing charges, taxes, insurance and registration.
- Every installment and the full tenure.
- Any residual, balloon or final payment at term end.
- Eligibility conditions and vehicle stock or delivery terms.
The reported UBL example included a residual payment, so a monthly installment by itself did not represent the full payment schedule. Ask the bank to confirm whether a quoted figure is fixed and whether any fees or other charges sit outside it.
How should you verify a current Honda City installment plan?
- Confirm the vehicle. Check the exact variant, current price and availability against Honda Atlas’s promotions page and with an authorized dealer. Honda Atlas promotions
- Get dated bank terms. Ask Bank Alfalah, UBL or Meezan Bank—or any bank offering a current plan—for the offer’s validity dates, tenure, down payment and complete payment schedule. The 2025 report does not establish present-day availability.
- Request the total cost in writing. Have the bank identify processing charges, taxes, insurance, registration, any residual payment and all other amounts due.
- Check approval and delivery conditions. Ask what eligibility documents and income requirements apply now, how approval is assessed, and when the vehicle can be delivered.
- Compare offers on the same basis. Use the total payable, upfront cash, tenure, fees, final payment and delivery conditions—not the “0% markup” label alone.
Are the reported applicant requirements still valid?
TechJuice reported that applicants were Pakistani nationals aged 21–60 with a valid CNIC and monthly income at least three times the EMI. Honda Atlas’s official City 1.2LS page lists dual SRS airbags for the driver and front passenger and a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen system. It presents floor mats and a rear camera among optional items. These details apply to the 1.2LS page and do not establish that every feature is included on every City variant or 2025 model.
